Dear sir,
I am taking calendula Q from last 3 days and now skin is becoming dry.
one more thing sir, today in office I was told I have to give the presentation after 2 weeks and upcoming event is making me uneasy. when I go to event I becomes out of breath and my heart beats more then 100 beats per minute and I relax after 5 min presentation so any help about this problem?
I am habitual of late night sleeping and I sleep at 02:30 a.m but I want to sleep at 12 o clock, I have tried but could nt sleep early, I started wake up early forcedly which made my systolic bp high but again could not sleep early.

hope u r fine and doing well.
sir from last one week again I am not getting deep sleep.
when I sleep and in 30 minutes of sleep I waked up as I saw a dream or imagination in mind that some one has accident with my car. then again in same night I feel some one is trying to transfer my money from my online bank account and again I feel there is robbery in my home and finally in morning I feel heavy head and uncompleted feeling of sleep.
sir sorry without asking u I took one dose of phosphorus 1m and it gave result but only 30 % and again after one week I am on same position.
what should I do sir?

Dear Brother,
i forgot to tell you one more thing which i face every year.
now month is october & summer is converting in winter and in this month i feel foggy head, burden on eyes, blurred vision, bit vertigo and feel uneasy nose but no flu.
it goes on full month of October and then disappear in November but i pass this month very uneasy.
my anxiety also increase in winter, i feel upset and hopeless inside in winter.
MRI brain clear,
minor sinus infection
no ear problems.
vicks inhaler and steam helps but for one to two hours then symptom comes back.
plz help sir.

DIETARY & EXERCISE GUIDELINES (for adults):
Use common sense in following these guidelines and ask me if unsure. Homeopathy is not magic and it can only work when all other supportive strategies are also used. To make sure you are cured as fast as possible and stay that way please change your lifestyle to include the following:
1. Start eating half cup of low fat, plain, non-flavored yogurt with live cultures daily in the morning or with lunch. If you have homemade yogurt thats the best. Yogurt can cause increased mucus generation in some individuals, if you are like that, dont eat yogurt. Rather start eating roasted black chick peas (also known as Bengal Gram) daily.
2. Stop all processed foods e.g. white bread, white rice, white burgers etc.
3. Eat whole foods only i.e. whole grain bread, brown rice, brown burgers etc.
4. The bread should be high in bran content & the flour should be coarse ground.
5. Start eating a small bowl of salad at least once a day e.g. it should contain cucumber, carrots, salad leaves, tomato and any vegetable you like. Put a dressing of olive oil & raw apple cider vinegar and put some salt & black pepper to your liking.
6. Eat at least 1-2 fruits per day e.g. apple, orange etc.
7. Drink enough water so that your urine is clear. Yellow colored urine is a good indication that you are dehydrated.
8. Eat only when hungry and when eating, dont overstuff yourself.
9. Focus on food only when you eat i.e. dont divert your attention by watching tv etc.
10. Exercise:
Aerobic activity e.g. Start walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week with your spouse/friend and achieve your target heart rate.
Strength training e.g. Start weight training at least 20 minutes 3 days a week.

Dear Sir,
You always help me a lot so this time again i want to ask my one more problem.
I usually sleep in late hours at 02:00 a.m and wake up at 08:30 a.m due to office but right now i want to change my sleep clock and want to sleep at 12:00 o clock and want to wake up at 08:00 a.m.
when i try to to sleep at 12 i feel afraid to go to bed early and unable to sleep before 2:00 or 2:30 and when ever i go to bed, so many things & events comes & goes in mind and i also used to talk while sleeping and my wife says u wake up many times but i don't remember.
i am trying to sleep early from last month as i started reading book at 11:30 and drinks warm milk with honey before going to bed and avoid to sleep more then half hour in after noon, do exercise daily but could not sleep early.
please help me sir.
