There has not been any improvement. She is tired all of the time. Wants to be alone (mostly to not disappoint and feels she isn't getting/making anything better). Hasn't been very talkative or cheerful. No libido and no intimacy. Still having all her previous symptoms. Her forehead is breaking out a little. She still cannot focus mentally. She mentioned that she felt like the 30c worked better for her (and it worked period)

Well actually it did not work the last time, which is
why I had you try the 200.
I have to look at this again and have more to ask and
another remedy needs to be tried.
I would like her to answer the questions herself this time-bc
it does not work that well getting info from another person.
So can she do that?

Hi- I want to start over with her answering the questions. There is a question about what
your childhood nature was like- Please write a description of your personality, fears, hopes and
dreams, etc basically your essence before you took birth control pills.
1. What complaints do you have? Describe your complaints in your own words:
2.What Medicine do you take now?
At what time of the day are you the worst? Morning? Evening? Night?
After waking? After sleeping? Etc.
3.How do you react to the weather? Cold-warm-humid-dry-foggy-windy?
How do you react to draft? Exposure to Sun? Snowing? Change of Weather?
How do you react to warmth? Warm rooms? Sun? Warm bathing? Warmth of bed?
How to you react to cold? Uncovering? Cold Water? Cold food and drinks?
4.Do you catch a cold easily? Cold feet? Cold parts of the body?
5.How is your desire for open air?
6.Do you sweat? In general or on special parts?
Sweat during sleep?
Suppressed foot sweat?
7.How is your desire for motion? How do you feel during sitting? Standing? Lying (left, right, back, abdomen?)
8.How do you react to the sea, the mountains?
How can you stand the pressure of clothing, touch?
9.How is your appetite?
Do you have desire for special food? (Sweet, sour, salty, spicy?) Meat? Fish? Cheese?
Do you have aversion to special food?
Do you have aggravation from special food (Fruits, flatulent, fat food? Milk)?
How is your thirst? Alcohol? Coffee? Cold or warm drinks?
Are you hungry at special times of the day?
How is the bowel motion?
10. These questions can be related to the general condition but also to every complaint you have.
With every complaint there must be paid attention to following questions:
What circumstance can cause this complaint? (Anger, grief, cold weather, draft, exertion, sweating, etc.)
Where in the body is the exact localisation of your symptoms?
What circumstances can aggravate and ameliorate this symptom? The answers to that question are the most important to find the right remedy.
The exact sensation that is felt in the complaint (burning, drawing, stitching, etc.).
The exact description of the complaint (diarrhoea is watery, bloody, cough is dry, or expectoration is lumpy and yellow).
Are there any concomitant symptoms that accompany a special symptom? (In back pain there is also felt nausea for example)
11. Do you smoke?
12.How is the healing if you have a wound?
Do you have prolonged bleeding?
Tendency to have a collapse?13.Women : How is the bleeding during the period? Are there any changes during the time of the period?
Sexual problems?
14. Very important is the change in the mood during the disease.
Very often the cause of a disease can be found in stress of psychic origin.
What was the most severe grief in your life?
Can you weep?
How do you react to consolation?
What can make you angry?
Are you jealous?
Are there any anxieties in your life?
Have you been anxious as a child? Can you describe your character as a child?
Have you special fears: Heights? Robbers? Death? Dogs or other animals?
How do you react to other people? Do you like company or you prefer to be alone?
If you have grief do you want to speak with someone about or you prefer to solve the problem alone?
How do you react to crowds, to small rooms, elevators?
Can you wait? Are you impatient? Hasty? Always in a hurry?
Did you have grief, anger, disappointment in your life?
Is order in your life important?
How do you react to contradiction?
How do you react if you hear from other people if they are suffering?
How do you react to bad news in TV, to horror movies?
How is your situation at your working place? Your family?
How is your sleeping? Recurring dreams?
Is your sleep disturbed? In what position do you sleep?
15. It is very important to consider the psychic situation. Homoeopathy is a very holistic system of treating people and it is very successful because the whole person is included in the therapy, not only the physical complaints of the patient.
16. Did you suffer from other diseases before? Operations?
17. Accidents?
18. How was the situation of the mother during pregnancy? How was the childbirth? Have there been problems during the first period of life?
How was the development of the child?
How did you react to vaccinations?
19. Are there diseases in the history of the family, the ancestors: Canc.., tuberculosis, heart problems, allergies, etc.?
Finally you can go through the body from above downwards, to make sure that you haven't forgotten anything important:
Head - Eyes - Ears - Nose - Mouth - Lips - Tongue - Throat - Glands - Chest - Heart - Lungs - Stomach - Liver - Abdomen - Bowel motion - Kidney - Bladder - Genitals - Back - Joints - Skin - Nails.

1. What complaints do you have? Describe your complaints in your own words:
No sex drive whatsoever. This is the biggest problem and has been completely ignored by previous doctors. I am 24 yrs old, I JUST got married (November), and my husband is incredibly attractive. Wanting sex should not be an issue.
2.What Medicine do you take now?
None
At what time of the day are you the worst? Morning? Evening? Night?
After waking? After sleeping? Etc.
Starts in the afternoon, gets progressively worse into the evening. I have a hard time getting up in the morning, no matter how much I slept. After I am out of bed and moving, I am much better.
3.How do you react to the weather? Cold-warm-humid-dry-foggy-windy?
I feel best in warm or hot weather. Cold weather slows me down, sometimes makes me sad. I feel happier in sunny and rainy/stormy weather. Humidity lowers my self esteem; makes my hair frizzy. Windy weather annoys me. It makes it hard to drive, ruins my hair, makes me feel flustered. Foggy weather makes me calm, peaceful.
How do you react to draft? Exposure to Sun? Snowing? Change of Weather?
I don't like a draft, I don't like being cold. I think snow is beautiful; however, I do not enjoy being out in it for long. I could sit in the sun all day as long as I am not too hot. If weather changes from hot to cold and back again, I tend to get sick. Cold, allergies.
How do you react to warmth? Warm rooms? Sun? Warm bathing? Warmth of bed?
I tend to be fairly cold natured, so I enjoy warmth. I like warm rooms, if they're cool, I will wear a hoodie or long sleeves to stay warm. When I'm sleeping, I enjoy cool or even cold rooms, just as long as I am warm in bed. I like to sit in/by the sun. Showers and baths are hot most of the time. If I'm not too hot in bed, I enjoy it very much. I feel safe, secure, happy.
How to you react to cold? Uncovering? Cold Water? Cold food and drinks?
I dont like being cold, generally, but I prefer a cold room when I am sleeping. My teeth are sensitive to cold such as ice cream, drinks with ice, even very cold wind. Cold food and drinks make me cold.
4.Do you catch a cold easily? Cold feet? Cold parts of the body?
I do not catch colds easily, but I do get cold easily. My hands stay cold in the winter. My feet though are nearly ALWAYS cold. They sweat when they're really cold. Even with socks; my feet stay cold.
5.How is your desire for open air?
I generally desire fresh air if it's clammy inside, smells inside, or if the weather outside is sunny.
I like the smells of snow and rain storms.
6.Do you sweat? In general or on special parts?
My feet sweat when they're very cold. My armpits sweat, and my butt sweats
Sweat during sleep?
I generally do not sweat in my sleep, but I did when I was being tapered off of Effexor. I would wake up (if I slept at all) and be completely soaked in sweat.
Suppressed foot sweat?
7.How is your desire for motion? How do you feel during sitting? Standing? Lying (left, right, back, abdomen?)
I get bored when I sit for too long. I have to move, even if I'm just pacing. I cannot sit down while talking on the phone. I pace the whole apartment. I sleep on my stomach or curled up on either side.
8.How do you react to the sea, the mountains?
I am most relaxed at the sea rather than anywhere on Earth. I love the heat, the smell of the salt, and the sounds of the waves and the seagulls. I have never seen mountains outside of pictures....but they are mostly cold so I prefer the pictures.
How can you stand the pressure of clothing, touch?
The pressure of clothing only bothers me when it is hot outside. Then I feel I can't breathe.
9.How is your appetite?
My appetite is good
Do you have desire for special food? (Sweet, sour, salty, spicy?) Meat? Fish? Cheese?
I crave chocolate and sweets almost constantly. I like fruits, especially strawberries, watermelons, green apples, and mangoes. I love tangy, sour foods.
Do you have aversion to special food?
I don't care for avocados, but I will eat them. I absolutely refuse to eat brussel sprouts. I am a texture person when it comes to food. I like the taste of sushi (California rolls) but I gag on them because of the rice. I don't like slimy foods or chewy meats like octopus.
Do you have aggravation from special food (Fruits, flatulent, fat food? Milk)?
I like to drink milk, but I do not like it's smell. Flatulence is awful, occasionally makes me feel nauseous. I don't like strong bleach, gasoline, or brake cleaners.
How is your thirst? Alcohol? Coffee? Cold or warm drinks?
I love coffee and wine. I like cold drinks but with no ice or with a straw.
Are you hungry at special times of the day?
Not hungry in the morning. I have to force myself to eat breakfast. I am hungrier in the afternoon and into the evening.
How is the bowel motion?
Bowels are good, sometimes I feel the need but nothing passes.
10. These questions can be related to the general condition but also to every complaint you have.
With every complaint there must be paid attention to following questions:
What circumstance can cause this complaint? (Anger, grief, cold weather, draft, exertion, sweating, etc.)

Are there any concomitant symptoms that accompany a special symptom? (In back pain there is also felt nausea for example)
11. Do you smoke?

Bruises heal slowly. Cuts heal fairly quickly
Do you have prolonged bleeding?
No
Tendency to have a collapse?
No
13.Women : How is the bleeding during the period? Are there any changes during the time of the period?
Colored discharge about three days before period, heavy bleeding for a few days, and then regular to light bleeding until period stops.
Sexual problems?
No libido.
14. Very important is the change in the mood during the disease.
Very often the cause of a disease can be found in stress of psychic origin.

The deaths of my father and my paternal grandfather. They both died from canc. in the same year. My grandfather (and father figure) in March 2011 and my father on Christmas day of 2011.
Can you weep?
Yes
How do you react to consolation?
Generally embarrassed. I do not like to expose my weknesses.
What can make you angry?
Judgemental people. Unfairness. Hatred. Rudeness.
Are you jealous?
Occasionally
Are there any anxieties in your life?
Constantly. I'm almost always anxious.
Have you been anxious as a child? Can you describe your character as a child?
I was highly curious and very outgoing and friendly as a child. I was comfortable around anyone and everyone. I knew no strangers. I was very talkative and had a wonderful imagination.
Have you special fears: Heights? Robbers? Death? Dogs or other animals?
Heights, flying, the ocean, or any water that I cannot see to the bottom, the dark when I am alone.
How do you react to other people? Do you like company or you prefer to be alone?
I prefer to be alone. I feel like I'm being constantly judged by people. I do not like crowds and feel like I'm in the way when I'm forced to be in them. I have to take a speech class for college and the thought alone makes me physically nauseous. I shake and feel terrified of standing and being the focus and attention of anyone.
If you have grief do you want to speak with someone about or you prefer to solve the problem alone?
Alone. But I also want to speak. But I feel I am a burden when I do.
How do you react to crowds, to small rooms, elevators?
I am very uncomfortable in crowds, I will always take stairs instead of elevators if I have a choice.
Can you wait? Are you impatient? Hasty? Always in a hurry?
I am mostly impatient. Especially with myself.
Did you have grief, anger, disappointment in your life?
I feel angry or sad or disappointed almost everyday. Mostly with myself. I am rarely in a good mood but my good moods are amazing
Is order in your life important?
Yes
How do you react to contradiction?
Angry, annoyed, sometimes even betrayed.
How do you react if you hear from other people if they are suffering?
It breaks my heart. I like to try to help if I am able, even if it's just with words. I would much rather suffer myself than see anyone else suffering.
How do you react to bad news in TV, to horror movies?
I cry. Not so much in scary movies
How is your situation at your working place? Your family?
I feel like someone else at work and with pretty much everyone but my husband. I put up a front that says I'm happy or at the very least, I'm fine. I release it all to my husband.
How is your sleeping? Recurring dreams?
I generally sleep well. I almost never remember my dreams unless they're nightmares. None recurring
Is your sleep disturbed? In what position do you sleep?
Only disturbed if someone wakes me. Occasionally will wake for no reason. I sleep on my stomach or either side
15. It is very important to consider the psychic situation. Homeopathy is a very holistic system of treating people and it is very successful because the whole person is included in the therapy, not only the physical complaints of the patient.
16. Did you suffer from other diseases before? Operations?
No
17. Accidents?
Just general clumsiness

Maternal grandfather had COPD, various other heart problems. Mother is anemic, has Adult ADHD, had depression
Finally you can go through the body from above downwards, to make sure that you haven't forgotten anything important:

Hi Kris,
I would like you to purchase Phosphorus 30c. Take 3 pills and dissolve them in
two tablespoons of water. Take a teaspoon out of that for one dose.
Take one dose at night, do not eat or drink half hour before or after. Take one
more dose around 12 hours later the same way. Please avoid coffee when you start
this for at least a 24 hour period.
Please report in what you are experiencing a day after the second dose.
Thanks,
Simone717

Today was good. I did come home from work and attempt a nap but that was more because I wasn't feeling well and I'm much better now. I seemed to get very annoyed very easily and I snapped at people who were irritating quickly. But I also got over my annoyances very quickly and was in an over all good mood all day. No libido still.

Ok-
Not feeling well- what was wrong? And was it something you
have had before?
We are going step by step here and you have had this
for a long time-Things are to release and reverse with the
last things going first and then on to the core first things.
Things will show up and then leave bc they are releasing.
Report back on Tuesday and let me know what has been
happening. No more doses of anything, no matter what
appears bc you will stop the process. Of course , feel free
to write in anytime you want to though.
Regards,
Simone717

I had just started my period today. I don't get cramps, but it causes my lower back to hurt and it makes me nauseous. I will report back on Tuesday unless anything weird happens. Thanks again for all of the help!

Here to update:
Moods have improved a bit. Focus has improved a little. Still no change in libido. I still fee that the most improvement I've had was the 30c Sepia. The 200c maybe was too high of a dose. I don't think the 30c was given enough chance to work. I took it and noticed an immediate improvement even while on my period. I feel it would have continued to work if I'd had more than one dose. The only real thing I saw to have in common with Phosphorus was the sensitivity to cold, which hasn't gone away. Every symptom I had pointed to Sepia.

Hi-Please go see a homeopath in person -they can do a better
job bc they have more tools to diagnose you with.
You are not supposed to take remedies while on your period and
you do not take remedies right after other remedies. You
are self treating when you don't really understand the big picture.

I didn't take remedies right after remedies. And since we couldn't get a clear answer when we specifically asked why it couldn't be taken on my period and since no one else said it was an issue, we did it and it worked. I apologize for wasting our time and yours.
krisT89 last decade
Remedies right after remedies- means that you need some
days, or weeks between. Sepia antidotes phosphorus-
Phosphorus was meant to be more of your constitutional remedy
addressing and strengthening your real personality before
you took birth control pills. When you take a constitutional
remedy it is going to take you back thru your present
latest problems and unravel issues back to the start of this. The
lack of libido has been there a long time. btw I advised taking a second
dose of sepia 30c around 3-3- so it sounds like that was never done,
bc you talk about one dose-thinking you had done the two doses and
the remedy was not working due to perhaps wrong feedback.
And I wrote earlier on- that Pulsatilla and Sepia are not
taken during the period bc in the materia medica you can
see that they are given for a lot of period problems-
a lot of symptoms for periods with those two remedies. So
that means if taken during the period it can change up
your cycle and you are not having a problem with your cycle.
Hope you understand- best of luck to you.

On 3-3 she had taken the dose you advised. I reported back on 3-5 with things that she told me or that I noticed were changing..
If you are implying there was a 2nd dose to have been taken I do not see where it said that. Just the 1 dose on 3-3 which she took

She had taken a dose of Sepia on her period on 2-23-The second dose was on 3-3- did not seem to hold more than a day-
Which is why I said try the higher 200c, which did not help.
So being that she took it again and it did help, I would say
try taking the 30 c every third day for 2 weeks and see
how that works. It should be taken in water- 3pills dissolved
in a half cup of water in a bottle. Hit the bottle 6 times before
she takes a tsp out for a dose bc hitting the bottle changes
the vibration each time slightly.
You should be able to tell after two weeks if this is then
making gradual improvements that progress.

Ok. I will have her start tonight as you advised.
I believe she may have not taken it correctly i.e caffeine. So i had her cut off caffeine at all while taking this remedy

Avoid coffee and anything that has menthol /camphor in it-and do not eat or drink half hour before or half hour after taking.
If she takes a dose and gets worse, that is an aggravation,
or an overdose and she would need to stop and wait and
observe what happens. If she starts to have things she
never had before then she had too much and it will wear off.
if it gets worse, then better that is an aggravation and she
should not be taking another dose until things get worse
again.
So keep reactions noted down.

Are aggravations that improve a sign of the remedy working or a dosing adjustment? Or is it things that she never had before a sign of the incorrect remedy?
I will keep everything noted and in full detail as possible

Yes, aggravations that then improve are a sign that the
remedy is working and then you wait to see how long
improvement goes on for. You want the gaps between
needing the remedy to get further and further apart. This is
the ideal scenario, but sometimes things go in layers, as
one remedy removes a layer and then another remedy picture
shows up - it all depends on how sensitive the person is,
how many things were suppressed in the past by other medicines,
etc - the reactions to the remedy are individual and they
are waypoints indicating the next steps, without proper
feedback it is a shot in the dark.

Sorry for the delayed response
Day 1 (after the first dose)
She was very lethargic, mentally worn down
Easily aggravated, mostly by work and people at work
She mentioned being more 'mentally organized'
Not talkative
Day 2
Woke up feeling refreshed and 'awake'. Was not sluggish at all
Talkative. Acted as if happy, (she described feeling happy later in day)
Energetic
Appetite increased (hers is normally very low, eats little)
She said feeling 'ready to tackle the day'
Acted more open/caring and less selfish loathing
Sleeping better
Sexual activity and thoughts returning
Day 3
Forehead breaking out, few pimples around chin
Good mood. Energetic
Sex drive still returing
Day 4
Bad mood on waking. Very irritable
Low sex drive
Quiet and reserved
Mood improved later in day, after work
Seemed energetic still and not sluggish
Day 5
Slightly lethargic, upon waking
Very good mood during day, energetic and happy
Quoted from a text she sent while at work--'I feel like a new woman and I absolutely love sepia'
Day 6
Quoted from text she sent after I asked how she is--
'Still wish to sleep bust mostly in the am now. Hard to get out of bed but because I am not a morning person. Once up and moving, I'm fine. No longer want to lay in bed all day long. Mood is very happy' Annoyances small and over them quickly' Very talkative. No longer feel the need to 'just shut up, no one cares'. Friendly, more focused. Having sexual thoughts and desire is more frequent. No longer feel helpless or like giving up. Behind in classes but eager to catch up instead of giving up'
Her sexual appetite is increased.
She seems to get over annoyances quicker and able to analyze situations easier (being angry or upset over small things)
Day 7
Slept well and energetic on waking
Laughing more, joking more
Talkative and more understanding
Sexual appetite better
Day 8
Good mood
Tired and slightly lethargic
Lower sexual appetite
Not very talkative
Not in bad mood, just worn out feeling
Day 9
Sexual appetite returning
Talkative, good mood and energetic
Very happy
Focused
Day 10-14
Forehead clearing up, chin no longer has pimples
Very good mood
Very talkative and laughing more and more
Appetite increasing, hungry often but skips breakfast from sleeping in
Sexual appetite is increased a lot and now enjoys the thoughts and idea of sexual acts rather than it being a 'chore'
Very caring and selfless acts
More focused in school and homework is easier for her to accomplish
Energetic and not lethargic
More confident about looks, not self conscious
I did not go into much detail the last few days as her mood and changes were consistent day to day. Only thing to note was on Saturday 4-12 she seemed to get worked up really easy about a subject of religion and a book she was reading. She got extremely talkative and acted very nervous about it. This lasted about 2 hours.
Overall she seems to be doing very well and is very happy, which I have never seen before. Her last dose was last Thursday or Friday..I am unsure as she has been keeping up with the dosing and I have been observing. She didn't write any details down for me so I had to go off of what I saw or what she told me. She started her period today but woke up again feeling refreshed and energetic. She was very sexually aroused but didn't know she started until about 15 min after she got to work. She is still craving sweets and seems to be drinking more alcohol. It is not very much at a time, just more frequent. She may have some wine (glass or two) couple nights, a margarita (5 oz) and some Smirnoff Ice (1-2 a night) this last week. It is unusual for her to drink that often, but it is not really much more than I have seen, just been a while since she has done it. She used to do it because she said it made her feel more relaxed. Now she says it doesn't change her mood at all like before since she already feels good and relaxed without it.
If you have any questions about the above please ask in case I am missing something.

Hi- Good progress.
It is important to note the doses so that the doses can be reduced- remember
the object of taking the right remedy is to stimulate her life force back
to the level where she does not need anything at all.
I would suggest taking the remedy now once a week and see how that goes
for 3 weeks ( nothing when on her period)

Ok. I will have her start it next week or whenever she is off.
And about the previous dosing it was at every 3rd night (30c) as described by your post before she started it. 30c in 1/2 cup of water and taking 1 tsp of that.

30c in 1.2 cup of water ( put it into a bottle to dissolve
and hit the bottle 6x before you take the teaspoon)

The day after she ended her period ( It was a Tuesday night) she started Sepia again. Things have slowly gone backwards, and starting right after her period. We dosed just as you described and she was 'ok' but really started noticing the lack of focus and sex drive last week, and she is also noticing the typical symptoms of a period which she did not have before, like cramping and hunger, bloating feeling, headaches and lower back pain etc. But the first thing to go is her affection and sex drive
