The day after she ended her period ( It was a Tuesday night) she started Sepia again. Things have slowly gone backwards, and starting right after her period. We dosed just as you described and she was 'ok' but really started noticing the lack of focus and sex drive last week, and she is also noticing the typical symptoms of a period which she did not have before, like cramping and hunger, bloating feeling, headaches and lower back pain etc. But the first thing to go is her affection and sex drive

Hi Dave,

First try giving the remedy every other day 3 times and let me know
if this makes it better for her. Report a day after the 3rd dose.

Of course if she takes dose 2 and feels way worse- then we know it is
too much and report that also.

simone717 last decade
Ok. I believe Friday would be the 3rd day since her last dose. I will report back in a few days with an update and will definitely note all good or bad changes

superdave972 last decade
She took her second dose last night but started her period today. She stated she slept better and her mood has improved a small bit, but I think her first dose wasn't accurate because she had caffeine that day and forgot. I notice Sepia isn't reacting as quickly as it did before we started 1 week intervals, not sure what that is supposed to mean. No sexual drive and has been 'closed off' for the last month which hasn't happened since before she started the remedy

superdave972 last decade
How often do you think she has been taking coffee or other things,
like perhaps other meds or remedies?

If coffee is antidoting the remedy, time and again it will complicate things
quite a bit.

simone717 last decade
I think she drinks coffee on a daily basis, normally once or twice in the early morning, and decaf normally on her dosing days. But recently I am unsure other than her dose the time before last night

superdave972 last decade
I think it is antidoting the remedy. That is why she has to keep taking
it so often. Normally one takes the remedy, and then needs it less and less
often bc it cures the problem.

De-caf and regular coffee don't matter- they are still coffee, it is not
the caffeine that does this- coffee is also a remedy and is a complex plant.

Is she willing to give up the coffee?

simone717 last decade
I would assume so. She can either have coffee and not get better, or ditch the coffee and be the happiest she could ever be. Also is this just about coffee or caffeine in general. She drinks tea also but it's always decaf

superdave972 last decade
You can have regular tea- caffeine has nothing to do with it.

With some people the coffee does not do anything - I have worked with
others who were doing well on a remedy, needing it less and less
and then it seemed to stop working- tracking it back they realized
they had a few coffees or they had 'forgot' they had a problem in
the first place and went and took some acute remedy for a cold or
they started using some heavy mint mouth wash.

I think in her case, that coffee has to be ruled out while on this
remedy - along with as I have said, taking other things- remedies
to sleep better, etc. We need to see if dosing can be reduced
if coffee is excluded.

After the period is over, have her take a dose again 3 times, every other
day. Hit the bottle 8 times now instead of 6. Stop if anything gets
worse. Report in after a week of this.

Today is the day after her 3rd dose, and there has been only slight improvement, and hard to notice. The only truly noticeable improvement has been her overall mood. She has been slightly more talkative and attentive, but not much else has improved. Sex drive is still gone, she is unable to sleep well or get relaxed at night. All of this was only improved on the day of the 2nd dosing (this last Saturday). She even had her co workers notice how good her mood was on that day. She has not had any coffee nor caffeine for the last week

superdave972 last decade
Hi Dave- have her take it every other day 3 more times.

Only this time- hit the bottle hard against the hand or a book 10 times
before each dose.

Report a day after the last dose.

Regards,

Simone717

She is still improving and is doing well right now. Her mood is very 'bright'. She is fairly talkative and doesn't seem to be stressing too much. Her sex drive is returning but is not 100% just yet

superdave972 last decade
Hi Dave,

Continue for every other day for another 3 days and then
report again.

She has been doing very good with her moods. She described it 'as being as good as when on Cymbalta before, without the nasty side effects'. Her sex drive has not improved any (since the last reply). She does have occasional thoughts about it, but still not as within her first month of dosing

Hi Dave- Keep going every other day for another week and update me.

I did not have her take Sepia this last week as she had started her period last Monday or Tuesday. As soon as she is done we will begin again. I wanted to note that her mood has been very good. She has been very happy and cheery, talkative, and somewhat sexually excited. She also has been craving sweets (chocolate mostly)

Hi Dave,

keep me advised how it goes.

Best,

Simone717

I apologize for the delay in response.

She has been taking Sepia every other day since the 18th and is doing very well. Her mood is very stable and good. Great mood and appetite. Does not seem to worry much over the little things in life anymore. Her sexual appetite has been increasing over the last month and its is now to where we cant remember the last time we had sex, but at times when the last day we didn't (which has never happened). She has not had any more breakouts on her face (chin area) that I can recall.

Today should be another of her dosing days unless told different. She is wanting to have wine tonight and for the sake of the remedy and possibly ruining the effects she has not drank it on her dose days

superdave972 last decade
She can have wine- that is not prohibited. But not more than
2 glasses.

Try going to every 3rd day now same as before with bottle hits.

Advise after a week.

simone717 last decade
I believe she got in a dose or two before she started her period. She wasn't able to start Sepia again until the last Sunday and has taken 2 doses since. Her energy level and libido has dropped. She has been feeling tired a lot the last week also

superdave972 last decade
Hi Dave,

Please do the Sepia, with 10 hits to the bottle now.
Give it every other day and report after a week.

simone717 last decade
Since we are both curious, how come when she goes to every 3rd day it doesn't seem to be as effective? I understand it may take more time than normal since this is a chronic issue for her. But every other day seems to work fairly well and we just wondered as to what happens during the time the frequency is lengthened

superdave972 last decade
I am trying to see whether upping the hits on the bottle,
which increases the potency slightly will let the remedy
be given with more time between... that is what you want. The next higher potency
200c did nothing for her-Going to the 3rd day with the 6 hits is
not holding, so we can see if increasing the hits has an effect-
or else she might have to go to LM potencies where you can
take it everyday, and then if it aggravates you go up to the next
LM potency.

Actually do the 10 hits on the bottle and give every 3rd day
again - and then advise.

I apologize. i read through the last post too quickly (middle of a job) and didn't re-read. I was having her take 200c in the same amount of water, same dosing amount. She was in a good mood, a few of the days better than the others (not to say she wasn't in a good mood the other days). But she started her period either Friday or Saturday so was only able to get in a couple of doses. I wonder if before when 200c didnt work was when she was still drinking coffee because until recently she had been. But I have not noted and negative effects on the remedy other than she had 1 pimple some up on her chin last week sometime, but quickly went away. None since and no other 'side effects'

superdave972 last decade
Yes Dave, you may be right about
the 200 and the coffee.

Ok, let me know after you get some
more doses in what happens and we
can evaluate.

thanks.

simone717 last decade
Ok she has taken 2-3 doses so far and have noticed some change. Her sexual activity and response (feeling) has increased some. She has been very tired and unable to sleep well, but has also been eating unhealthy (no veggies, high carbs, no fruits) and that is the small amounts she does eat. She is lacking energy most likely from the same reason. She has had a few small pimples surface, which normally when she does get them they are big in size (1-2 at a time). Those are the only things I have noticed. I am trying to get her motivated to want to eat good again since it does play a part in her mood and energy. Tonight should be another dose for her. We are going on vacation on Friday for about 8 days and will be taking the remedy with us
