When told to use the remedy from the 3rd to the 13th potency, what does that mean. I am using 30C pellets?

You are reading one of our materia medicas it seems. That is an instruction for a homoeopathic practitioner, not for a patient. It actually has no real relevance anyway, as potency is selected on an individual basis for each patient based on their situation, disease, sensitivity and vitality.
