PND - post natal depression

Hi

I am a mum 1st time mum and I am starting to realise that I maybe suffering from PND I'm suffering from mood swings and a feeling of disappointment in myself as a mum I also cry when I talk about my feelings. I don't feel like this all the time and can be very happy just at times through the day. I am quite lethargic and can't be bothered to do things but I'm normally a get up and go girl.

I wanted to try pulsatilla or ignatia but I've read these are no good when breastfeeding?

Any advice would be appreciated.
