Dear Rishimbaji
The lycopodium seems to have done a miracle.
The day-wise details of the response in the last week are shared below:
Day1: Saturday (was a state holiday so was home)
The medicine was given in the morning. Allowed him to sleep till late. He woke up fine, was very quiet throughout the day. Even in bathroom, he finished his bath on time and there was no sound of him talking to self.
Post-lunch when he was alone, he was talking to self for sometime, but the sound was not audible, and stopped within a few minutes.
Rest of the day remained extremely quiet. However, he did not show any enthusiasm about anyting, nor did he smile at all. Did whatever was asked silently, and gave clear answers and opinion whenever required.
Day 2:Sunday
Throughout the day was silent.
Did whatever was asked silently,was not smiling at all. Gave to-the-point and clear opinion about things when asked. For example, when we asked to go for a walk in the park, he refused saying its too cold outside.
Though he was quiet, he seemed to be thinking deeply, though no self-talk. And throughout the day was not smiling at all, even at jokes or while watching TV.
Thankfully, by evening I observed him enjoying a movie on TV and he seemed to be relishing it.
Night, when he was alone, he was talking to himself for a few moments, then became quiet and went about his pooja quietly. Went to sleep much before his earlier time and slept well.
Day 3: Monday
Overall was quiet, went about his work quietly. Got ready and went to school on time, without me having to nag him.
Evening, after coming back from school, seemed peaceful and shared briefly about his day at school.
Dinnertime, was happy and shared his happiness about the last week's vacation.
Post dinner, when we all went to sleep. for a few moments was talking to self, but in very low voice then became quiet on his own and did his night time pooja and went to sleep. Slept peacefully.
Day 4: Tuesday
During the time he was home, he was peaceful. Managed his time well.
Dinnertime was happy and together we recounted last week's entire trip.
Day 5: Wednesday
Was peaceful throughout the day and evening too was good. Before dinner I noticed that his office chappal had broken and I suggested that next day I'll go to his school, he can take half-an-hour off from school so that we'll buy a new one. he objected to it and insisted that we do it after his office time, once he comes back home. That incident seemed to have briefly disturbed him and then he was talking to himself for sometime. Later we all got together and spoke about various things. He seemed fine and cheerful.
Day 6: Thursday
During the time he was home, he was peaceful. Spoke well and answered whenever any questions were asked. Clearly expressed his opinion and preferences whenever required. Managed his time well.
Dinnertime was quiet but peaceful.On his own shared a few incidents from his office.
Day 7: today:
Morning was peaceful and went on time.
This last week I also noticed that he has been wearing neat and clean clothes without me having to ask him to do so.
When he doesn't like something, he states it clearly without any anger or irritation.
So it does seem that the medicine has created a response. Do suggest the next steps.

No doses for now. After a few days, when he relapses, give him another dose of the same potency.
Continue this as long as the 200C works on him.
Don't give him this remedy on a continuous basis...only when he relapses.
Once 200C stops working on him, go a step higher to 1M potency and do the same.
Over a period of several months, he should be cured to a great extent.
I am hopeful he will be able to carry with a normal life with the help of this remedy taking it once in a while.
Continue this as long as the 200C works on him.

The remedy has produced a response in him, but presently, your brother is far from getting fully cured. The remedy will hold for some days and you may see a relapse of his symptoms. For some months, he has to be given infrequent doses whenever his symptoms return. Curing potencies are generally higher in Lycopodium.
Now, that you know his remedy, the rest of the dosing you have to do prudently based on the above guidelines.
Keep me in updated once a month.

Sure. Will definitely do that.
Just a quick query, when we have to give him another dose, will it be the same way that is 3 doses each 10 min apart on empty stomach and no food for the next two hours or will it be just one single dose??

When the doses are given in such a short interval of time, it is just to ensure at least one gets absorbed.
Just one dose will work if its given in clean mouth and empty stomach and nothing is taken for the next two hours.
If symptoms return within 10 days or earlier, one dose can be given every 10 days.

Yesterday I gave my brother the second dose. It was given in clean mouth and empty stomach and nothing was eaten for the next two hours.
This was almost 3 weeks after the 1st dose.
Actually, last week, he was talking to himself once in a while, but that only lasted for a While,then all would be peaceful, however, on Wednesday it was more and Thursday it continued till late in the night, also he seemed angry and agitated. So yesterday I gave him the next dose.

Yes, this is part of the healing process. Once you see this potency is not producing a significant change, you need to source the next higher potency and give it once in 15 days for some fortnights.
This process continues till you need to go higher. Higher the potency, longer will be the gap between the doses.
You can source 1M and keep it handy. If required, give one dose of 1M after 15 days.
Don't rush. Take things easy and keep giving him doses whenever its required keeping a gap of at least 15 days.

Hope the year 2015 has been great so far and continues to be wonderful.
At our end, Me and my brother are doing well. My brother has been very happy and peaceful for the last one month. I have given him the last dose of lycopodium 200 on Jan 13 2015, depending upon symptoms.
He is generally happy, manages his time well, expresses his opinion and overall peaceful. Though he does get agitated once in a while but, it subsides within a few hours or a day. However, it has not touched the severeness of the old times.
So I have been keeping watch over his symptoms and when I feel the symptoms increase, I give him one dose of lycopodium 200, which now typically has come to once in 3 weeks.
While I have bought lycopodium 1M and kept it at home, we did not feel the need to administer it as lycopodium 200 seems to work well.

Now, regarding your brother,as long as 200C creates a response, you don't really need to go higher.
I have a feeling, if you continue his treatment like this, he will be fully cured one day and probably won't need this remedy ever. We have to really see which one would finally be his curing potency.

Hope you are doing good. Today I gave my brother the next dose of lycopodium 200. This time, the last dose lasted for about a month, which seems like a good sign.
though there is one more thing, he has been suffering from cough and cold regularly. Almost every month, he catches either cold or cough. It goes away after some time, but comes on again with every change in weather. Right now he has cough, which comes on typically in the morning and evening. His sleep is not disturbed due to cough. The phelgm is watery and quantity is more. On coughing there is rattling sound of loose cough in the chest. Would you suggest I give him some medicine or allow it to go on its own. Also, is there anyway to increase his immunity levels.

During the next episode of cold, when you observe whitish, watery phlegm is being coughed from the chest region, you can give him PHOSPHORUS 200C only three doses, each dose 12 hours apart. Let the remedy work on him and gradually, his immunity levels will increase.

Yes, the nature of sputum will change. It will become more fluid and quantity will also increase.
Don't give any dose for the next 3 to 4 days. Let me know his condition after 4 days.

My brother has been complaining of headache. He says the entire last night he had headache and could not sleep, now too it is there. He seems to be in lot of pain. The pain starts from the top center of the head and spreading across the top. Its throbbing and continuous.
Also today morning he had fever around 100, which sometime back touched 101. I gave him Ferrum phos 6x in the morning. Now the temperature is less than 100.
My brothers cough though seems to be a bit lesser than yesterday.
Till yesterday it was more with white watery and frothy phlegm. Also the cough used to disturb his sleep with a lot of rattling sound in the chest. And, today morning onwards, I noticed that the rattling sound in the chest seems to be less. The cough is there but better than before. The phlegm that is coming out, the quality is same white, fluid and frothy but quantity seems to have come down to some extent. Also he needs to clear his nose regularly, mainly from left nostril which seems to be blocked. The right nose is runny.
Do suggest what I should do.

Give him BRYONIA 12C once every hour when he is having headache.
We take some 8 to 10 days to develop immunity for a certain strain of virus. If he is doing better, it means he is slowly developing immunity against the virus. Unless there is a secondary bacterial infection, he will get cured of this bout of cold soon. If his condition gets worse again, give him 3 doses of Phosphorus 200C like before.

I gave him one dose of the medicine and his headache is now gone.
The cold and cough is also much less.
However, he is still running temperature. It crossed 101.5, I i gave him ferrum phos 6x.
Is it ok?? He seems dull and tired.

I don't know the modalities of his fever and generalities involved, so cannot tell you if ferrum phos is suitable. You can read up MM of the remedy and match it with the patient.

ferrum Phos was suggested by my sister-in-law as a biochemic medicine which she said can be used in case of fever. I gave him twice yesterday morning and afternoon. His fever is now gone. Today morning, he complained of headache, so I gave him Bryonia 12c as suggested by you. He required two doses and now no headache is there.
also, his cough and cold is also recovering fast.
