How to antidote remedies

Hi,

Ever since my homeopath took a sabbatical last year, I have been self-prescribing anything from Staphysagria 30 to 10M, Lachesis 10M, Mercurius 10M and then a few days ago I felt so shocked and aggrieved by an email I received from the man I used to be involved with I took Ignatia/Aconite combination 50M.
I feel ok with it, except for a spot of anxiety and sorrow, but I think it's time to see a real homeopath and now wonder if I should prepare myself in any way, i.e., is there a way to 'strip-off' my remedy history clean, in order to start afresh? I heard Nux Vom can do that, but honestly... Intuitive healing is one thing, but knee-jerk reaction when it comes to choosing and taking a remedy quite another matter - I need help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

I think you need to find a good homeopath and let him re-take your
case and prescribe based on your current totality and he can
address your concerns about this. Just stop self-prescribing.

Even a homoeopath would not be prescribing the way you are. Using 50Ms? Combining two 50Ms together? That is pretty risky use of our medicines.

There is also no way you can possibly be Staph, Lach, Merc, Ign and Acon all together, so some of those will have been wrong. Hopefully you have not suppressed symptoms.

I would be throwing your remedies out if you are concerned that you cannot stop yourself from self-prescribing. It doesn't usually end very well.
