HeadachesI sometimes get headaches on the left side of the head, behind the left eye, and up into the forehead, towards the back of the head. I seem to be getting them more often now, maybe twice to three times a week. Seems my only relief is by taking 800 mg. of ibuprofen which I dislike doing, but I need relief.
I go to a chiropractor once a month for alignment because I have a disk in my neck that gives me nerve trouble. I use no tobacco or alcohol.
These headaches are worse with activity, and at times light is bothersome for me. The pain "creeps" down my neck into my shoulder blades and is gone. This may take 4-12 hours after the ibuprofen.
I've tried bell 30x, but no relief. What should i try next? Thanks!
