Headaches
I sometimes get headaches on the left side of the head, behind the left eye, and up into the forehead, towards the back of the head. I seem to be getting them more often now, maybe twice to three times a week. Seems my only relief is by taking 800 mg. of ibuprofen which I dislike doing, but I need relief.I go to a chiropractor once a month for alignment because I have a disk in my neck that gives me nerve trouble. I use no tobacco or alcohol.
These headaches are worse with activity, and at times light is bothersome for me. The pain "creeps" down my neck into my shoulder blades and is gone. This may take 4-12 hours after the ibuprofen.
I've tried bell 30x, but no relief. What should i try next? Thanks!

You have mentioned that light bothers you. If you have noticed that your headaches occur shortly after exposure to strong light your remedy is Glonoine 30c Dose 3 globules which you can take under your tongue.

Light seems to bother me during the headaches, not before. Headaches start in the night.

Desire sweets more than sours
Don't have much thirst with headaches
Tongue is normal
Current BP is 120/80
Not taking any medications
Had a brother die from cerebral hemorrhage.
I'm an organic vegetable farmer.
I like most foods, and have know of none that contribute to the headaches
I'm not an angry person,but can get mad.
I do get aggravated and lack patience when dealing with children.
