Ok- we have to wait a couple days and you keep note if any changes- even tiny
changes.

1. Did you ever have any episode of swelling, or puffy eyes in the past at any time?

2. Is the post nasal drip and sinus something that still happens?

3. What exactly was your sinus operation-deviated septum, reduction of
turbinates, or??

4. Coffee made you feel good, bc it boosted your energy levels-if one does not
have enough energy, there will be depression. It is that simple. Coffee takes a
Toll on the adrenal glands, so now it is not powerful enough and it is fake
energy ( robbing Peter to pay Paul type of thing)

If you are still having post nasal drip that is from Allergies. The nose membranes
get irritated by allergens, they make more mucous to get rid of allergens,
the mucous drips down the back throat sinus passage. This becomes a vicious
cycle bc the mucous thins out the membranes and then they are vulnerable to
germs, and virus type things.

So I am going to have to ask you more detailed questions about allergy symptoms
-Have you ever been allergy skin tested? That would be a good thing to do to
get the entire picture-bc allergies drain you and keep you exhausted and it
is the immune system over-reacting to these things. So we have to go at this
a couple ways.

I will look up good vitamins, but I am in usa, so you will have to find a comparable
one where you are-

Thanks for telling me about earlier posts.

1. On vitamins- get a good multivitamin that has all the B's and
good amount of C, plus trace minerals selenium and zinc. It is
better- if you have the choice to get vitamins powdered in capsules
rather than a hard tab ( bc those are often not digested well and
do not get broken down)

2.Yes- it would be a very good idea to go to an allergy doctor and
get skin tested for what you are allergic -foods, pollen, dust, dander,
mold, etc. The goal is not to be allergic to anything- however,
with some things ( lets say mold) you have to get it out of your
house and workplace to recover. Mold is tricky bc people do not think
about it-but if you live in a place that has ever had water damage there
is probably going to be hidden mold-I had one person emailing me
from India and no one could figure out what was going on- turns out
she lived in some lake district and the homes were covered with algae
etc-most of her relatives visiting could only spend a half hour in
the house and then felt ill. I am not saying that is the case with you-
but want to cover all bases.

3. Polyps-what is the status as of now on them? I am going to
have a lot of detailed questions for you about the nose later.

for now, update me in two days.

I was wondering about the black spots on your tongue. Has the
Dr. looked at those and told you what they are about? Is
it just hyper-pigmentation?

On pain in right ear and right side of throat-

When did this start?

Is it still going on? If so, is it getting better or worse?

Have you had this before?

Hi- This may be an aggravation ( which is good) from the remedy
clearing out old things. We have to wait 3 days to see what will
happen here on this.

How is the throat/ear pain?

Hi,

got the email. You can easily tweak your report back to very normal
thru some diet changes and exercise. What is your height and weight?

I see those tests were done in Sept 2014. I do not see a liver panel blood
work, just the cholesterol levels tests. If there is a liver panel on there
and I am missing it- let me know.

When you get the right remedies they will work on the fatty liver.
Things can be added in to help you here and changes in diet, exercise.

Right now- I would like to know what is going on with your throat and
ear pain-

Worse or better, or the same?

And if the Dr. says you have a real infection going on? ( Late for me
here now - will read your answer tomorrow)

On the email, please send me the liver panel results by themselves-
write them out if you have to, bc the email pdf will only show me the
top portion.

1.If you have a real infection, then go ahead with the antibiotics from
the Dr. at this time.

2. What is the allergy medication he wants to give you?
What are your allergy symptoms?

3. If the eczema is starting to come back, you have to let it come back,
or else work with the other homeopath and ask him to look at all
your symptoms besides eczema and prescribe for those also.

for the throat-
describe it- when it began, what is going on-
dry , red, inflammed, trouble swallowing, itching on upper palate,choking,
mucous etc and describe the ear pain also in detail.

Hi-

Do not have your email with the liver report. Last time it took 2 emails and
I did get the second one.

It has only been 6 days since you took the remedy. When you
take a constitutional remedy that starts a process of starting
to clear things - eczema will come up again and you do not
want to suppress it again.

Report back again in 3 days and let me know how you are doing.

Do you want to take it for depression?

If so, are you getting more depressed today ?

I need to know these things to determine what else to give you ( cell salts) or
more Lyco etc, so far- communication has been erratic bc you don't answer
all my questions.

St Johns Wort- like everything else including allopathic med depends on the
individual response. Start low with one or two droppers of it and see what the
response is.
