Hi,
i am 42 yrs old indian suffring from many years with anxiety
when i want to do some activity even thinking so its coming pressur any where in muscles which is what he or she wil think about this this pressure can be in any muscle. so that iratate me and stop to do things
and sometime look likes peoples know what i am thinking or have hidden in my mind pls help me and suggest best medicine

weight is 105kg 173cm height
and suffring from 17years has been treatment schizophrenia to much side effects now i am using only blood pressure medicine triace 10 mg daily you can ask me which more details you need help thanks
