Alright I understand that you couldn't know all the remedies, I was just wondering if you knew what you were given more recently.
Just as a matter of interest, these problems with your gums, teeth etc. - when did those occur compared to when your hair loss problem disappeared?

I am sorry I cannot recollect any remedy being given to me recently. I don't think I was given any.
The hair loss hapened (and healed perfectly) in Fall 2011. The teeth issues were diagnosed by the first dentist I visited in many years in November 2013. The problem may/may not have been there before.

Alright I think the remedy that we should start with is Nux-vomica 30c. Can you obtain this in a liquid dose?

Yes I have Nux Vomica 30c and 200c with me (although in the pill form). Could you tell me how to make it in the liquid form?
I've used Nux Vomica a lot since I was born for stomach infections/loose motions, and with remarkable success.
One more question, how would I know whether I am being 'cured' or not? This may sound dumb but as the dentist put it the tooth bone loss is something you cannot feel until a very late stage. As for the gum inflammation I don't know how to look at them either. Please advise.

I cannot give you an idea of how curable you are - it is true that at some point certain physical degeneration might be irreversible. I don't think our measurement of irreversible is the same as orthodox medicine of course, and I have seen amazing results from the simillimum, but it is difficult to give a prognosis especially since I cannot physically observe you.
Cure always comes from within outwards, so as per a guiding principle we call 'Direction of Cure' we look to see where the changes start and how they move through the person, to assess how likely we are to be able to cure them.
This means changes tend to start in the mental level first, then emotional, then general, and finally move to the physical. Pathology (structural or tissue changes) tend to take the longest to change.
Assuming the pills you have are dissolvable, you need to obtain a small bottle with a dropper. Fill this bottle with alcohol and water, 1 part to 5 parts (approximately, doesn't need to be exact). Dissolve two pillules of Nux-vomica 200c into this.
To take a dose, hit the bottle 10 times very firmly against the palm of the hand. Place 3 drops into 100mls of water and stir thoroughly. Take 4 teaspoons of this out into the mouth, hold there for 20 seconds, and swallow.
Do this once only and let me know what happens after 7 days. I also want you to obtain Nux-vomica 1M, as you have already used 200c in the past and you may need a higher potency to continue your progress.

I typically use a spirituous alcohol like brandy, vodka, whiskey, although it is quite appropriate to use pure (ethanol) alcohol too if available.
Some pills are made to not be dissolvable, and those will not be suitable for treatment. Hopefully you have pillules instead.

So I did take Nux Vomica as you prescribed. I don't know if I have a change or not, but two or three days back my gums became very sensitive again and I had slight pain in them as well.
As of today they feel the same as before except my upper incisors, the gums of which feel very soft with the teeth feeling loose.
Tomorrow is my final dentist appointment for about 6 months. I will let you know what he says as well.
Please advise if you'd like me to do something today. Thanks!

Go through all the symptoms you gave me in your questionnaire, with special emphasis on the symptoms I listed as the ones I used to arrive at the remedy. Next to each one write Better, Worse or Same. If better or worse, right a % next to it to represent how much.

Sorry for my late reply. I was outside the country.
As I mentioned, I also had a dental cleaning done around the same time I took Nux Vomica. As of now my teeth feel better, the pain is not there and the gums feel better. But then I could not know about gingivitis before either.
The gums feel just a little spongy and pressing them (like a massage) gives a good feeling.
I would like them to remain healthy and in good condition. Would you recommend taking some homeopathic medicine alongside regular brushing?
Also, when I was outside the country I visited the mountains and I caught a cold with a cough perhaps due to the sudden climate change. I took Belladona 30 using the Remedy Finder of this site two days ago. I took three doses in two days. Now the cough is almost finished.

You are not giving me all the information I need to continue. If I can find time today I will go through your entire post and pull out all your symptoms so that you can do what I have requested. How quickly I can do this depends on the amount of work I have to do in clinic today and the other forum cases I have agreed to manage.

(for above, please also note I had a cleaning done same day as taking nux vomica)
Feel stress and pain in heart when thinking of this problem : much lesser. I feel good at taking a homeopathic medicine and getting a cleaning.
Worry about loved ones and when you will see them : I actually saw my girlfriend in the week I was off so am very happy :)
Feeling mentally violent when seeing people being lazy : much lesser, as I saw her

It is a good result though, a large majority of symptoms are better, some completely disappeared, some very markedly better.
There is no change the hurry and obsession with solving problems only it seems, so this is a good result. I am very happy with this.
This all seems to be from just the one dose too, which is great. It has been roughly 5 weeks since that single dose too, which is a reasonable amount of time to wait to assess.
Alright, let's try one more dose, taken exactly as before. Did you notice any aggravation of your symptoms the first time around?
