Oral dosing liquid is fine. If you get pellets you will need to get a bottle and dropper as well, and some alcohol to make up your own liquid dose.

Make up a liquid dose if it is not already been provided that way.

1. Hit the bottle 3 times.
2. Place 2 drops into 100mls of water.
3. Stir thoroughly.
4. Take 2 teaspoons into the mouth

Do this once each day, until there is some kind of marked reaction to the remedy (usually an aggravation of one or more symptoms). If that does not happen by the end of 7 days, make a post here, or at any stage something happens.

It is quite possible that the back and gum pain may be an aggravation from the remedy. Taking Arnica may have suppressed the symptom - it is difficult to know exactly what may have happened. It is not advisable to use another homoeopathic medicine while under treatment as it confuses things considerably.

Aggravation once it occurs may last 3-5 days typically. The Arnica might have created an interaction or suppression, which can drag things out considerably.

That being the case we will need to wait to see how things progress.

Let me know each day what is happening. If this is a proper homoeopathic aggravation of the physical symptoms, I would expect the internal symptoms (mental/emotional/general) to change in a positive way.

Hmmm....I wonder if perhaps Silicea might not be a better fit for you. I had a look around the repertory at the information/symptoms you gave you in your email, and then I looked back at the previous answers you gave me.

It is a very well known remedy, and I have to also wonder if you have been given it in the past. I know at the very beginning of this post, it was suggested in the 12x potency, although this was purely on the basis of the pathology. It could be that the whole state reflects the remedy though.

There are many similarities between Platina, Aurum and Silicea. They all occupy similar positions in the periodic table, but Silicea belongs to row 3 rather than row 6, and the issues here are quite different.

Can you obtain Silicea 30c instead and take 3 doses (one each day for 3 days).

Wait then - if you have been given it before I assume it has not cured you. So there is no point to trying this again unless you had good results in the past?

Take 3 doses of 30c, as you did the other remedies I have prescribed. However, could you also get hold of 200c for later?

Alright firstly do this.

Make a new glass of medical mixture by hitting the bottle, placing drops in it and stirring. Take 2 teaspoons into the mouth from this glass 3 times in one day. Stir before each dose. Space the doses at about 4 hours apart. Then throw this mixture out.

Make a new glass of mixture from the step of hitting the bottle, on the next day, and then do the same again as described above.

Stop after this, and then let me know what happens.
