Also, my gums feel a bit spongy but there is no pain in them (in the past two weeks). Touching them with a toothpick for example, gives a soothing feeling.

So it appears that emotionally and mentally there has been improvement, but the physicals have worsened. This would be typical for a remedy acting according to the direction of cure (moves inside to out).
However, 2 weeks is a fair amount of time and I don't want to let those problems fester. Repeat the Platina again, hitting the bottle 8 times.

Here is an update, comparing situation now with that before taking Platina';s first dose. The second dose I took on 09-01 when you replied, so it is 9 days since. A new symptom is there of sensitivity of teeth to some foods (not gums but teeth). Since it was not there before, I entered the change as 100% more.
Sensitivity of gums : more 30%
Bleeding of gums : more 10 %
Looseness of teeth : more 20%
Swelling of gums : same, maybe more 10%
Sensation of scratches on gums: more 30%
Pain in teeth on eating hard food : none
Sensitivity of teeth :more 100%
Feel stress and pain in heart when thinking of this problem : less 60%
Worry about loved ones and when you will see them : less 60%
Feeling mentally violent when seeing people being lazy : same
Fear of heights : did not try
Fear of losing loved ones : less 50%
Perfectionism : same
Always trying to find solutions and ways to cope : same
Making mountains out of molehills : less 20%
Selfishness, wanting everything for yourself : less 10%
Anger and impatience : same, maybe more 10%
Trying to get everything done sooner (hurry?) same, maybe more 10%
Anxious dreams as if something is gong to happen : same, maybe more 10%.

Ok let me look that this.
The local symptoms in the mouth are markedly worse, up to 100%. Some of those symptoms are only slightly worse but overall this is concerning.
Some of the mental/emotional symptoms are markedly better (20% or better):
Stress from thinking of problem
Worrying about loved ones, fear of losing them
Mountains out of molehills
Some mental/emotional symptoms are slightly better (10% or less)
Some mental/emotional symptoms are the same or worse. This suggests to me these must be focused on and addressed immediately:
Mentally violent when seeing people being lazy
Perfectionistic
Constantly looking for solutions
Anger and impatience
Hurried
Anxious dreams
Violent dreams about father
So it appears that Platina is a partial similar (partially correct). While somewhat close, it is not close enough.
I am going through my original worksheet to see if something new comes up. But I would like something clarified if you don't mind.

On the mental/emotional symptoms : sometimes it is hard to see a difference quantitatively so I may also be wrong in these. Like for the violent dreams about father I had one about two nights ago, but I didn't have any for a while. However that is not something which would bother me deeply.
Mentally violent and perfectionism (they are related I think) may not be the right way to put it but what I meant was something along the lines of : I become angry and start having damaging thoughts when I see my loved ones acting stupidly. Like when they give up easily on anything without trying. I am deeply optimistic in life and believe in that anything is possible provided you try, so I become angry when I see people not acting to improve their situation. For example, when they say their life is dependent on so and so and so- when I think it is only and only dependent on them alone. I hate it or almost look down upon people who become satisfied with a small improvement in themselves rather than looking to their aim and working endlessly towards it. Perfectionism is thus probably achieving completely what you set out for.

Ok I have reassessed the case. I think the reason the Platina was partially successful is because it is in the right group (Gold group) but not the right member of that group.
I would like you to try Aurum metallicum instead.

When I look at the materia medica this is what I find:
Looseness of teeth
Teeth are very painful when chewing
Tooth pain excited by touch and eating, with painful swelling of the gums
When chewing, suddenly a painful dullness in one of the upper molar teeth
The gums bleed easily
So I think Aurum in a low potency to begin with - 12c or LM1. Daily doses for a few days. Can you let me know which of those you end up obtaining.
I would like you to try Aurum metallicum instead.

Ok. I do not have it with me and will have to try and find it. I think (maybe) finding 30C would be the easiest.
If I cannot find 12c or LM1 should I buy the 30C or keep trying for a lower dose?

If I may ask: are any adverse side effects or reactions possible from these? I see online that Platina and Aurum are also used for many other treatments things I do not have symptoms for at all. Is there a likelihood I can acquire those?

I was out of town and managed to buy Aurum metallicum 30C in that city.
I still need to buy some alcohol to prepare the solution. If you could please answer my last question, and also how to prepare the solution, and with what frequency I should take this, that would be great.

Any remedy can have an adverse effect if used inappropriately. That is why I go to the trouble of giving directions to dilute every remedy.
Every remedy has thousands, if not tens of thousands of symptoms. You cannot have all of them, no one person can. You only need to have some of them.
Because I am careful with my dosing, I do not often see people develop new symptoms associated with the remedy. It can happen in some sensitive patients, or if people take too much of the remedy, but these symptoms are very short-lived and do not interfere with cure IF the remedy is the right one for them.
Make the doses exactly as you did the previous ones, but if you have 30c I will get you to take 3 doses, one a day for 3 days. STOP if any symptoms worsen.

Thanks for your reply, this helps a lot in understanding.
I have taken the first dose, although I used filtered water for the solution (instead of alcohol) as I couldn't get vodka today (stores being closed). The next dose I'd take with alcohol though.

You can add alcohol to the water in the bottle within a few days and it should help to preserve the medicine. I don't normally do that though so I am not sure how effective that is. At worst, we might need to add more pillules to it, but don't do this until we know if it is needed.

To avoid confusion I will simply make a new solution with the alcohol, as you originally prescribed, tomorrow for my second dose.

Go through the list of symptoms again and mark them with better, worse, same and a percentage. I want you to compare this to the way you were prior to my prescriptions.

Bleeding of gums : less 50 % (actually no bleeding of late)
Looseness of teeth : same
Swelling of gums : same, maybe less 10%
Sensation of scratches on gums: same

Ok. Since my last post there has been a change as well. In brief, my teeth were feeling awesome with absolutely no pain/bleeding lately. Yesterday however there was bleeding and today there is slight discomfort.
I will take few dayas of Aurum 30c as before one dose daily.
