I self prescribe....made myself worse??? Page 2 of 2

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It's alright I wasn't trying to reprimand anyone, just emphasizing my preference. No apologies are necessary. Simone is a very active member on this forum and frequently jumps in to help out, both patients and practitioners. I just feel she was a little overzealous this time, but there are no hard feelings over it.

If you have ordered 200c that is fine. I am sure it will still have a beneficial effect if it is the correct remedy. We can work from that point with little trouble.

Follow up after Nat Mur 1M....... I took the dose. I am feeling better emotionally :). I don't feel in quite a strong struggle for peace in my heart. I feel more calm. I am still struggling with the vertigo. I am going to physical therapy for the Epley manuever . The strong spinning sensation is almost gone but what remains is a strong 'dropping' sensation in my head. Like I was in an elevator that was going down rapidly. Also fullness feelings in ear. But I am happy to report that my emotions have really calmed down. If there are any remedies for the vertigo I would love to know

Just give it time. If the remedy has made a deep change often this will flow through to the physical symptoms. So we need to wait and see what else follows. With a 1M, I will usually try to wait a few weeks before repeating at least, often longer if I can.

I had two mor episode of the vertigo both coming at 1:30-2am late in morning. My physical therapist thinks this is because I don't sleep well and my body has no time to regenerate . It is true I haven't slep well for years. I have two patterns of sleep...either I awaken every hour or I fall sleep early like 9pm then wake up about 12 to not be able to go to sleep again. Last night at 2 am I took two coffea cruda 6c. I was able to fall asleep about 3am to 5am. It seems I prefer to sleep on my stomach bc this prevents the vertigo of my head hen it is tilted backwards. So my question is it okay to take the coffea 6c while I wait for the Nat Mur 1M dose to work? I am feeling better emotionally but am physically exhausted by this vertigo. Also I need to tell you that I took the single dose of Nat Mur1M as the pellet. I could not dissolve with alcohol and water mixture bc I don't have any alcohol and generally don't use it. Can I take the coffea 6 c.? What is the best way to take it? Was it okay to take the pellet of the Nat Mur1M it will still be effective? Thank you very much

Do not take other remedies during treatment. If you wish to self-treat I will withdraw from the case.

No, I wasn't trying to self prescribe...I learned my lesson on that. I was trying to get help with sleep. The vertigo is worse laying down so I have been trying to sleep on many pillows propped up. But I am not sleeping. My doctor wants me to take the Valium. I don't want to take Valium for sleep. I have two kids to care for and the lack of keep from the vertigo was getting to me. The store recommended the Coffea as a sleep aid I didn't know it was also like a remedy. So what are my options to take to help me sleep? Can I take herbs like chamomile , or Passion flower or valerian ? Did I mess I interfere with my remedy by taking the coffea? I did not intend to. I just really need sleep. What should I do? What can I take for sleep without messing up my treatment?

Treatment should be dealing with it. If it is not, we examine where the remedy is not helping and we attempt to adjust treatment so that it does. Covering up symptoms with other things just makes it harder to cure. At the same time I don't intend for you to just sit and suffer - complain directly to me about it and we can look at it and try and figure out what is going on. Sometimes it has to do with the remedy choice, sometimes it has to do with an obstacle that needs to be removed - which can mean something you're doing too, not just something internal that a remedy can fix.

It is important not to confuse things with extra treatments. I don't have the luxury of using all the tools at my disposal for diagnosis and management that I could use in person, so we have to be even more careful on a medium like this (written words on an internet forum).

How long has it been since your dose of 1M?

I think I took the Nat Mur 1M pellett about the 12 th of July . I am not sure exactly. I am still waking up alot at night especially 2-3 in the morning is very hard for me to get back to sleep until about 4 am. I tend to try and sleep on my stomach which will make my shoulders and elbow joints sore. I am anxious about laying on my back at all bc when my neck relaxes and my head rests back....that is the position that gives me the vertigo/spinning so I try to avoid my back. I also noticed if I get the least bit anxious or stressed then the vertigo feels stronger. I feel more calm with the decision to end the relationship with my mother and more at peace with the decision as it was a hurtful toxic relationship so I feel the Nat Mur 1M has helped with that. Now I feel the remaining vertigo is my biggest source of stress as its hard to care for my family and I never know when the spinning will come. I hope this is the information you need. Thank you.

When you say Nat-mur 1M pellet - I assume you mean the liquid dose you made out of the pellets don't you? I assume you followed my instructions on how to make your liquid dose, and how to then take that dose?

No. I just took the pellet I explained a few posts back that I didn't have any alcohol in the house and was not able to drive to go get any. I can't drive while I have the vertigo. I am sorry. I still have no alcohol in the house. Is there another way to mix it? Also when I was at physical therapy today she said she noticed a high amount of anxiety. I was visibly shaking. It scares me to do the maneuvers bc I will spin. So my legs were shaking . So is there another way to mix the Nat Mur without the alcohol? I appreciate your help and am trying my best with what I have available and the limitations that the vertigo puts on me. Please let me know if I can mix the pellet another way

You haven't taken the remedy correctly. And in order to repeat the dose you must make a liquid potency.

If you make it without alcohol the remedy won't remain viable for very long, but it can still be done. Just follow the instructions except for that part.

Do you have a clean bottle with a dropper at least?

I have standard kitchen equipment. Measuring spoons and measuring cups. I do have have drinking bottles of water. So I will use conversion tables to follow the directions you have given. Thank you

Alright so you don't have a bottle with a dropper I take it. That will make things a little harder.

What is the smallest bottle you have? The very smallest.

Evocationer 9 years ago
The smallest bottle is 1/2 cup which is 4 ounces.

Ok then fill that to 1/4 full, and place 3 pellets in the water. Allow them to dissolve. Then hit the bottle 10 times firmly against an elastic surface (palm of the hand, a book etc). Now you only need 3 drops of that (not sure how you will measure 3 drops without a dropper though), placed directly on the tongue. That is one dose and I only want you to do that single dose.

Ok got it. Thanks for being really clear :)

So what has happened so far?

Evocationer 9 years ago
I feel more okay emotionally. Unfortunately I really have a health problem that requires specialists doctors . Some sort of damage in my neck causing a block of flow to my vestibular (inner ear).

Did you want to do a proper assessment so we can continue treatment?
