Have you tried anything to reduce before?
The basics are- figure out how much protein you need for your sex, height , weight.
Make sure you get that everyday.
Then figure out how many calories you are getting each day. You have to burn
more calories then you take in to lose weight. But make sure you have
adequate protein intake with any diet adjustments and there should be
30 minutes of at least walking everyday.
Homeopathic medicines are for illness, you have to take care of eating
right and exercising, if you do all that and no weight will go, then possibly
homeopathic medicines can help, bc something is not working right.
