Reduce weight
I am 38 years old.I have epilepsy from last few yrs.taking tagratol 700 mg. and frisium 40 mg.Daily.After that my weight starts to increase and now it is 78 kg (it was 65 kg)I am not eating rice or sweet daily.exercise daily (fast walking 1 hour daily)but still weight not reduce.
Pls. suggest any remedy to lose weigt and belly fats on stomach and waist.

try exercise in the morning,evening and try more then 100 times sit up daily then see weight lose result......

Dear Atulde,
Tegritol has caused some weight gain in some females
mostly, but it is not known for weight gain side effect.
Frisium- however is known to cause weight gain from
long term use.
You cannot take homeopathic meds to offset the
side effects of allopathic meds.
What you can do is try to get homeopathic treatment for
epilepsy and wean off the other drugs -if the homeopathic starts to improve you.
You need an experienced homeopath and should
see one in person if possible. If you want to let
me know your general location I can give you
some options of homeopaths who I think are
qualified to treat you.

I am agree with simone,
if you belongs to india then from my knowledge
doctor prashanta banarjee and his son in kolkata or doctor BT rudresh from banglore will be best for this problem.
to get an appointment with Dr BT rudresh u have to book it before 2 months
Google about them or else you can meet experienced homeopath near your place
