Dandruff cure

i have dandruff on scalp for 16 years .it is not like normal dandruff .It comes out only when combed or under the nails as a powder form .My scalp and face is too oily.it is more in damp and moisture climate.I have lost40% of hair from my scalp.I have much hope from esteemed members of this forum.Thank you
