I have taken 4 doses of pulsatilla 200c for 4 days till now and it doesn't seem to work. No respite from vertigo/dizziness and ear fullness. On one day i suffered intense aggravation and was experiencing intense dizziness and drowsiness for a day after too.
while pulsatilla 30 was wroking for about 3-4 hrs , puls 200 hasn't alleviated any symptom yet.
cocc 30 still works for about 6-7 hrs after that dizziness starts to creep in.
what should I try now ?

What do you mean by the word 'aggravation'?
Do you mean your symptoms worsened after taking a few doses of Pulsatilla 200C? In that case, you should wait and let your symptoms stabilize.
It probably produced an over reaction. Wait and watch for a few days and when your initial state is seen, just take a single dose of 200C.

yes, yesterday I felt intense aggravation after taking puls 200c . It was the first vey bad day in respect of dizziness/vertigo , in over a month or so.
should I keep taking cocc 30 until my situation stabilizes ?

No, please stop all dosing. This is indeed an aggravation and thus a sign that it might lead to a long term relief.

Replying a bit early . Much of the drowsiness and dizziness has normalised and I am feeling normal but mild dizziness (normal for me when I dont take any medicines ) is there .
sir, I will have to take something for this mild dizziness soon. I am not able to do any work for the last two days because of this. please advise.

Tell me which remedy was useful for your dizziness? Was it Cocculus or Pulsatilla?
Based on that we need to find a potency and dosing frequency to cure dizziness.

hi sir,
Yesterday and throughout the day today , I was oscillating between periods of normalcy and light headedness/dizzines/brain fog . For a few minutes I felt normal but then immediately afterwards ,dizziness increased in intensity .
Between cocc and pulsatilla , I feel cocculus was more useful and it worked for longer duration than pulsatilla.

OK, so you can take only COCCULUS whenever you relapse. In case this potency doesn't hold long, try to go a step higher to 200C potency with a single dose and then watch how long it holds.
A sustained dosage of COCCULUS for some weeks or months should cure you for good.

I don't think there is any ear infection.
Please try COCCULUS 200C one dose and see how long it holds.

I'll start with cocculus 200 . sir, sorry for transgressing but can it be related to migraines? I had a history of both occular and non-occular migraines. I still feel i have silent occular migraine. can this dizzines be related to these silent migraines ??

The underlying cause of my dizziness is not known. A neurologist, an ENT , a few homeopaths and still I am 24/7 dizzy ,just the intensity increases /decreases throughout the day but it is present all the time :O :O
Hope I find cure some time soon. Just going to start with cocculus 200c. Any vitamins/supplements would help ? rishi sir ?

hi sir ,
I used to have occular migraines, like shattered glass vision , for two months before the stroke ( in 2011). An episode affects both the eyes , starting from the left eye , followed by severe headaches and dizziness, entire thing lasted for about 40 minutes and it followed a cyclical pattern of repeating every 24 hours.
Post stroke , lumbar punctured revealed that high CSF pressure ( more than 2 times the normal) was responsible for this and headaches. I havent had occular migraines since 2011 but I still see shattered glass vision occassionally.
But routine migraine cluster headaches have continued since stroke. Especially , when season changes - march , september etc and are frequent. Also vertex headaches happened on a daily basis up until last month or so but for last month when I was on Pulsatilla , cocculus etc , vertex headaches had gone. Presently , cluster headaches have returned . Maybe these headaches are responsible for dizziness.

For the last few days , ear pressure , fullness , ringing , blocked sensation etc have subsided to a great extent. I am not saying it has vanished completely because I relapse but major relief from ear related symptoms for last 4-5 days or so.
Dizziness is still there, it was of high intensity initially(for last 6-7 days) but for the last couple of days it has reduced in intensity though about 40-50% still remains.
I took cocculus 200c today morning .
please advise further

When did you last take a dose of COCCULUS 200C and how long did the potency hold?
Based on that a sustained dose can be found out.

I took a dose yesterday morning . Felt some improvement in dizziness (10-15% ) and it wore away in 4-5 hrs :(
Also high pitched buzzing sound has returned in left ear and one peculiar symptom is sensation of itching deep down in affected ear . No ear fullness or pressure

Buzzing sound has been present,off and on, from 2013 but it had subsided with pulsatilla 200c . sound has returned from 2 days.
Itching in only left ear is a new symptom and it also comes and goes. But for 3 days now it has been persistent .

In that case, continue PULSATILLA in 200C potency whenever the buzzing sound relapses.
Stop COCCULUS for now as I think its not helping you much and its probably not the right selection.
