At what age your monthly cycle problem started? What is the color, odor. Do you feel pain at that time?
Could you tell the specific time of aggravation in night.
How is your thirst and frequency of urine-color, odor etc.
Do you take egg-non veg, milk? feel any aggravation with this.
Take a snap of affected area and upload.

You have to stop all medicines before start the following medicines.
Nux 200 4 drops directly on tongue in night before going on bed(Take it on the day when you will stop all previous medicine at night, Only one dose, don't repeat it.)
Following morning
Staphisagria 1M, 4 drops in 4 teaspoonful water, empty stomach, only one dose, will repeat after 20 days.
After gap of one day
Astacus Fluviatilis Q, 10 drops in half cup of water, three times daily.
Apis 30, 4 drops directly on tongue, after 45 min of Astacus, three times daily.
Report after one week.

Astacus will not work in 30 potency for you.
Start Urtica Urens Q 10 drops in half cup of water three times daily.
Hydrocotyle Asiatica Q 10 drops same as Urtica urens.
Report after one week.

Should I stop taking apis.
Or I have to take urtica urens Q, then after 45 min hydrocotyle asiatica Q, then after 45 min apis.

Yes, you are right, continue with apis also.

What I suggest you, I had said to stop all other medicine, if you will take medicine on your own how your problem will come to an end.
