i took the remedy a week ago.
after 4 days my pain came back, and 6 days after the last attack.

this is what happened on monday :

intense pain in my neck, left eye, very painful my left temple.
vomit a lot better only one time.
pain in liver 80% better.
weeping 80 % better .
chills 90 % better.
my period was better even though it stopped but was a lot better than before taking the remedy.
waking up active mind better 40 %

the episode was very painful, it started as usual, in the afternoon but lasted like 6 hours less .

should i wait, or repeat the remedy again ?

i think your choice of the remedy is working very well, thank you so much.

the pain was trying to come back again yesterday , monday , and is keeping the same pattern of coming every week at the same day .
it tried , i was bad only on my neck and head , but only for like 3 or 4 hours, that is all.

what should i do ? wait or take another dose?
what if the pain comes back really bad should i take the medicine that day?

yesterday the pain came finally back, i couldnt sleep due to it, no vomiting, no pain in liver, too much, headache and pain in left side of the head and temple.

very painful, it is gone now, i am repeating the remedy today, i will update in a week or so.

again, i appreciate your time and effort of helping me .

i wanted to let you know one symptom that i did not mentioned because i forgot, but it might help you if we need another remedy.

there is one issue that i had and actually it got worse with the cold weather, and is kind of like an eczema that i have in my two hands on top of them going to the wrists, my skin cracks on my knuckles and only happens in winter, due to cold and contact with water .
by nightime is really bad and it feels burning and sometimes itching depending on how cold it is.

though, the main issue is still my headache, i only wanted to let you know this since it might be important i dont know.

i need to give you and update for my situation .
i took the last dose of nux vomica like 10 days ago .
3 days after that i did have an aggravation i had nightsweats intense for like 2 days .
after that yesterday i did have again another episode of the headache which is right before coming my period.
i did have all the symptoms, feet very cold, pain in neck, left side of the head ,left eye very strong, chills, and then nausea and a lot of pain in liver and stomach.
i thought about repeating the remedy right away but i didnt i wanted to ask you what should i do .

this is the improvements so far :

pain in liver better 70 %
weeping almost gone
pain in neck better 30 %
left eye better 30 %
chills better 80 %
nightsweats better 80 %

pain is lasting a lot less like around 18 hours , was intense but a lot better , anyhow is strong enough to knock me down and i only want to lay down and be warm.
like i said this is happening again right before my period.
i am still having the skin condition mentioned before .

what should i do ? take it again or go for a higher dose ?

on saturday, 8 days after the last attack , the pain came back.

weeping just a little bit.
pain in neck, and left eye, bad , it lasted like 15 hours.
no pain in liver, i was able to eat but not too much.
no vomiting.
i also noticed that cold air really made the pain worse, and my feeling is only to get warm, specially my feet, that i feel severely cold.
i also noticed that if i put something that pressures my head it doesnt take the pain away but makes it a little bit better , not much .

as you mentioned, of course i didnt take anything, i observed and that was it.
it is a very noticeable improvement, even though, the routine of 7 or 8 days is still there, and the pain in left eye and neck, it bothers a lot .
this happened towards the end of my period, that it was a lot normal this time and it didnt stop like it was doing before .

i fear the pain, that is why i am so anxious, thanks for your understanding.

i noticed that you went to my other thread about my rib injury.
i have no idea that i could not have different posts, my rib case was long before i posted this one just for you.
you did so much good to my son that i decided to ask for your help.

i felt bad about letting you know all the injuries i have since they are not related to my migraine, that has improved so much thanks to your choice of remedy.

i broke my cartilage in my right side like 12 years ago, and from time to time they hurt and sometimes really bad .
i also injured my left knee again tendon issue .

i did not take arnica and nux vomica together since i know about the rule about not taking 2 things at the same time.

i took the arnica like a month after the last dose of the nux vomica, since you told me to see how my pain goes and is still coming but not as intense i have not repeated the remedy .

i apologize , since i didnt know but like i said i didnt want to load you with all my different issues .

if you want to suggest anything else for the ribs please do so, they dont hurt right now so much and i am able to move.
