Urgent --- Hidradenitis Suppurativa

One of my friend got hidradenitis suppurativa, which occurs almost 3 times a year.

This time it occurs 3 days back, now the swelling is more than 2 inches right underarm.

She took balladonna 200 one does per day-- day before yesterday, yesterday and today morning.

Yesterday she started myristica sebifera 3x, 2 tablets after every 2 hours. Now it is 24 hours since myristica sebifera started.

Still waiting for head to be formed so that the Pus can come out. Now the problem is , she is having immense pain, which is not tolerable at all.

Please help to find some medicine or method which can help in reducing pain. she is also applying wet heat to the swelling. But the pain is not going at all..

Help to get out of pain now and also help to reduce or end the occurrence in future.

Please help...

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
sulphur 200 or arsenic alb 200 may help. The remedy may be taken twice a day for 3 days and then one should watch it's response for few days.
