Please wait for a few days. Hope your condition will stabilize and you will feel better.
In case this state continues, we will decide on the next dose.
I think you may be having some aggravation and this will get over soon paving way towards cure.

Sir ,
sorry for being late. I had an episode of migraine like head aches , nausea and head pain on the back side of my head for 5-6 days which started on 24th jan. Now the migraine headache and nausea is gone which generally occurs on my temple. This back headache is new tome. I was having little cough and cold at this time. Now I am having a dull pain from nape of neck to top of my head , sometimes shifting, I feel like somebody had beaten on the back of my head with a rod or something. The pain is dull, tolerable and difficult to locate from where it is emerging. I also have pain on my shoulders and upper back and 3 points on my spine. dr earlier told me that i am suffering from fibromyalgia but now yesterday I visited him he told that may be disc problem at neck. He showed me exercises. Can u pls give something for my head pain or should I take another dose of pulsatilla for this.last dose was on 14th jan. And i did have aggravation for few days.

For this pain you should only take a few low potency remedies based on modalities and sensations. With what you have said, it looks to me a few doses of ARNICA 30C may help you get rid of this dull headache.
You deeper issues will have to be taken care once this pain is relieved. In case your pain gets relieved soon, you can repeat Pulsatilla in the same potency as the last one, a single dose, like last month.
Keep taking Pulsatilla once a month for a few months. You should take these doses only when you don't have any acute pain.

Sir thank you for your kind reply. how frequently should I take arnica 30c and how much.

Its better to go for ARNICA 12C and take it once in 3 to 4 hours as long as the pain is there. Take for 24 hours and then reduce the frequency based on response.
