Liquid Flax Seed oil was the only thing that worked for my son (7 years old). We battled with chalazions for years with numerous homeopathic remedies. I started the flax seed oil and his chalazions (sometimes he would have 3 or 4 at a time) cleared within the week. I continue to give him the oil every day for prevention and he has been chalazion-free for about 6 months. I hope this info helps.

Hi KidsMom,
Thanks for your answer, we are still dealing with the chalazions. Which flax seed oil you give your son, and how much? I'm giving her the Barlean's Organic Oils Omega Swirl Flax Oil, Strawberry Banana, one spoon at night, and I haven't seen much difference. However, I know this one is not pure oil, as they try to make it taste good.
Thank you,
C.O.
