Red eyes!

Hi,
Can you advise me on what I can do about my red eyes? My blood vessels are practically always visible. I could understand it earlier this year as I'm allergic to pollen. But now it's winter and snow on the ground and no pollen to be found. Can you please help me? I wouldn't like to try anything that I would have to put in my eyes, like eyedrops. Preferably something that will last me long that I can take orally.

Thank you :)
