Severe Acid Reflux

My girl child who is 2 years and 6 months old now is suffering from Acid Reflux as per her GI. 

She is never hungry and has no appetite at all. 
By distractions we feed her (semi solids) as she can't chew till now but she vomits during every diet. 

She is on alopathetic medication (Prevacid) since past 4.5 months and her condition is still not stable. Infact from past 2 weeks it has become worse. 

Tooth decay started since past one year which we didn't realize. And has sensitivity to brushing too. 

Sleeping difficulties, not able to sleep properly, acid coming into mouth, stretching of legs and sometimes speaking and wakening up and crying in the night.

Very poor respiratory system. Developing cough and cold very frequently and has been on antibiotics for this several times.

Currently also she has severe cold and cough and viral fever and body pain.

Looking out for help wherein her reflux can be cured and her appetite can be increased so that she can also start chewing food. As of now she never feels hungry even if not given anything for 2 days.

Also want to stop the current medication as it has many side effects. Can this be done.

Also, along with Prevacid we have started with her homeopathetic treatment as based on my friends auggestion who is also giving the same treatment to her child for reflux :

1. Sulphuric acid 30c - 2 drops in one teaspoon of water twice a day.
2. Nat phos 12x - 2 pellets twice a day
3. arsenic alb 200 - 2 drops in one teaspoon water at bed time

Are these medicines ok or should i proceed with something else for her reflux and appetite treatment. Also suggest something for her cough cold (runny nose and coughing and fever) for present.
