Anal fissure
I am suffering pain after stool passing and sometimes bleeding with stools if it is hard please help me any one I am in severe trouble.thanks

8. just burning for few hours after stool passing and the is a little gauze on anus side even I can post pictures if u don't mind & if it is helpful for medication.
9. actually I was suffering for the last 10 years but it was not severe only like my anal would cut and bleeding when there is very hard stool and it was cured within 4 or five days only and I have suffered this problem only for 5 or 6 times in my life for the last ten years but now it is very severe for the last 2 months and is not being cured but there is no bleeding only pain after stool passing.

11. little desire for sweet
12. no thirst
13. tongue normal
14. blood pressure normal
15. when my stool is hard then problem otherwise ok
16. I didn't take any medicine earlier but for the last one month I am,taking nitric acid 1m and ratanhia 200.

19. little bit anger and much hurry and impatience.

little gauze on back side,
taken both nitric acid 1m and ratanhia 200 one after 30 minutes another on empty stomach two times a day of 4-5 drops with little water for each time.

I have taken nitric acid 1m 4 drops with water of 3 sip and after 30 minutes ratanhia 200 four drops with 3 sip water on empty stomach in the morning and at night for the last 3 days.

Mind is ok, actually it is not like discharge just gauze is wet after whole day duties and gauze is little hot and wet which has a little bad smell nothing else but this gauze pains after stool passing though my stool is soft and in the evening there is no pain.

another important thing I would like to share that there is no bleeding while passing stool just pain after stool passing and as gauze is wet only so there is no way to realize color.

sir currently I am thinking if this disease does not cure I have to go for surgery which has not 100% success rate that means fear and I have stop eating rice just eating soup, vegetables because of fear if the stool is hard I will die these are,the feelings I always have in my mind.
discharge color is watery and may I post a picture of my gauze which will be helpful for medication.
