dear sir Eid Mubarak!& hope you are enjoying did.
another symptom I would like to share with you that after stool passing there is pain like burning at the gauze which is outer side of my anus& after few hours burning the gauze is heated and after sometimes there is a discharge of bad smell like pus but color is not recognized because discharge is very little in amount& the gauze is wet only, after discharging burning is reduced and no pain&I feel comfortable.
so please help me.

update after 2 days...
I have taken nux vomica 200c four drops with 2sip of mineral water at night and after 2 days pain and burning have reduced only 20% pain and burning but there is discharge of yellow color from the inside of anus, now I am tensed about it.please help me by your cooperation and next course of action.

First of all I would like to thank the Almighty Allah to cure my disease about 95% then thanks goes you for your cooperation.
sir I have taken sulphur 200c for the last 3 days as per your instructions.
and now pain and burning after stool passing has reduced to 95% that means almost cured and discharge of bad smell from the gauze which is outer side of my anus has decreased but still now it is discharging bad smell and discharge improvement is about 50%.
so please help me by your cooperation for next course of action.

Here is my update after three days of taking aloe soc 200c...
sir, the discharge of bad smell of yellow color from the gauze has been increased as it was earlier and after stool passing pain has been increased specifically to say that pain starts after 2 or 3 hours of Stool passing and stays about 4 to 5 hours, now please instruct me.

I had only vegetables and egg for breakfast,
fish, little rice and huge vegetables at lunch,
chicken, little rice and huge vegetables at dinner
toast, cold drinks, bananas for snacks and one thing I want to share that I have little bit smoking habit.
actually there was no such a remarkable event for the last 3 days.
sometimes I feel fear of future danger because of yellow color discharge from inside of anus.
physically I am sound but anal pain after stool passing hinders my general movement that's why I feel discomfort while walking.
please help me.

in Bangladesh calc sulph 12x is not available in liquid form, it is in tablet form and seller told me it is same and I am taking four tablets for one dosage and three times in one day that means I am taking 15 tablets per day.
Please advise me if any correction and still now I have taken only 2 dosages that means only 10 tablets.

please see the update after 5 days...
I have taken calc sulph 12x for the last five days and update is discharge of yellow color has decreased to 50% as well as pain and burning after stool passing has decreased, and now pain and burning duration after stool passing is about only 2 or three hours. one important thing I would like to share that five days before discharge of yellow color(pus) was continuing whole day after stool passing but now it is discharging 3 or 4 times the whole day and before discharge was yellow color and waterish in form but now it also yellow in color but little bit densest.
now please instruct me for next course of action.

Sir Update after 5 Days
at present there is no pain no burning after stool passing but no improvement of discharging.
another information i would like to share with you...
2 days earlier i made a colonoscopy and the findings are the following...
1. Anal Fissure Chronic
2. Discharging Sinus-Yes
3. Polyp-Rectum
now the doctor suggested me to have a surgery for the anal fissure and another colonoscopy after one year for rectum polyp for follow up.
now please suggest me whether i should go for surgery or not and please advice me for next course of medicine,
