Severe Cough and Cold

Doctor,

I am suffering from severe cough and cold for the last two days. The physical problems are :
1. Blocked nostrils
2. Headache
3. Pain in neck
4. Cough
5. Sneezing
6. Pain in joints and weakness in calf muscles.
7. Seldom high temperature

I am taking Justicia Q and Oscimum Sanc Q, five drops each, twice daily. My age is 41 years. Kindly suggest whether the present medicine will do or need to take any other homeopathic medicines for remedy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Nux Vomica 200 and Rhus Tox 200 twice a day for 3 days.
Please keep a gap of 1 hour between Nux Vomica 200 and Rhus Tox 200.
