Rishimba,i am again sorry to disturb you.I have given till date the 4 doses of CAUSTICUM200 to my wife SHIKHA SAXENA but still no improvement is there. Now please suggest what to do.

The next indicated remedy is PHOSPHORUS.
Please take 2 to 3 doses of Nux Vomica 30C on a single day.
After about 7 days, take PHOSPHORUS 200C three doses, each dose 12 hours apart. Repeat only after 15 days.
Let me know after a month.

Nux is to be taken for single day and Phosphorus ? You have said 3 doses at 12 hrs interval so is it one time and then repeated after 15 days.please explain. And these remedies are for what? Please suggest the remedy for dissolving the CATARACT as we dont want to get it operated.

Nux Vom is to be taken on a single day to negate the possible effects of Causticum. This is because Phosphorus and Causticum, being similar remedies, will antidote the effects of each other if given one after the other.
An intermediate dose-set of Nux Vom 30C will antidote Causticum to some extent and pave the way for Phosphorus.
Phosphorus 200C to be given on a single day. After 15 days, if its effect is observed to be positive, repeat once in 15 days.
In homeopathy Causticum and Phosphorus minds are both very empathetic. They cover cataract and vision problems well. I feel, one of them should work in this case.
Phosphorus should work for Cataract and Tunnel-vision.

Sorry Rishimba., i have not started the remedy as yet,as i was too busy these days. But i m giving CAUSTICUM eachh thursday morning till then i bring PHOS. AND NUX as u told.

Stop giving Causticum if it is not producing any change in the patient. Its is not right to take remedies unnecessarily.
Moreover, the patient has to take PHOSPHORUS later, so its better not to give her Causticum any more. It will have an antidote effect on Phosphorus.
This is the reason I am giving Nux Vom to cancel Causticum's effect.
