Hello Nawazhkhan,

I ended up taking the Ferrum Metallicum this week as you suggested. I didn't experience any noticable or unusual symptoms from it really. Maybe just some depression, I've been feeling pretty depressed and low since I've taken it.

I have felt more flushed and hot this week however. I have had a few situations where the blushing came on strongly. I'm almost at wits end about this and don't know what to do or take anymore.

Hi, Sorry to know this. Please ask someone else on this Forum to help you or see a good doctor, face to face.

Good luck.

Hi kiki776,

I know this isn't a homeopathy answer, but as nothing seems to be helping you, have you thought about trying Magnesium? It certainly seems to help me.

Hello Sally74, thanks for your reply

I have not tried magnesium bu I have heard of the health benefits of it. Which form do you take it in, liquid, capsules, in epson salt baths?

Hi,

I have heard that magnesium is not easily absorbed orally and is best absorbed through the skin. So, I buy good quality magnesium flakes and make magnesium oil and apply a few sprays of this daily, which is very calming. I don't have a bath, so can't use epson salt baths but maybe you could?
