cough problem

Dear sir

I m 30 year male

My problem is i have cough with thick yellow mucus comes through mouth and nose when i coughing little bit cough comes through mouth

I have problem of pharyngitis from childhood when i take cold thing or weather change i take kali Bic 30 for this but after recovering from pharyngitis above mentioned cough get started

In evening, after taking cold water Laughing more talking it increase


I have problem of IBS too sometimes D type sometimes C
Pain in left stomach Always there abd it is increase when i take junk food

Gurgling then diarrhea started

Plz suggest thanks
