digestion problem

hello there
i am 21 years old male. I am vegetarian but for the first time in my life i ate eggs for a month (4 boiled eggs a day in the evening), 6 months ago. My stomach at that time was not digestion eggs because every morning there was a loose motion type to throw away this eggs material only. Every morning while having breakfast suddenly i had heat feeling in right side of my stomach and had to go to the washroom. I thought i will eventually get used to eggs, but this didnt happen so i stopped eating eggs after a month.
After sometime 3mm stone in my right kidney was diagnosed because of these eggs. I have never had kidney stones in my life and i was very fit until i ate these eggs. I am taking some home remedy for kidney stones and it is effective but that digestive thing during the morning breakfast is still there and right side of my abdomen seems sacrificed, feels numb ( no gas on right side, no emptiness and feels tight ). And stone in right kidney is formed again now despite being firstly expelled by home remedy as i had got it tested. i think some damage has been done on the right side of my abdomen that is why stone is forming again. Right side doesnt feel free anymore.
