Cervical Spondylosis

I m 33 yr male, weight 62kg ,height 5'3", no problem of thyroid, bp or sugar.
6 months back, i was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. periodically i suffer for neck pain which spread on right hand, makes numbness on fingers. sometime i also feel headache.
please suggest some remedy.

Avoid all sour food and drinks.
Update after one week.

Take about half a cup of mineral water and put 2 or 3 drops of the medicine. Stir well and drink it.
Do not eat or drink anything both 30 minutes before and after taking medicine.
Best time to take it is at night (bed time)

Dear telescope,
its been a week I took Cal Carb 1m as per your instruction. No relief noticed. Moreover from yesterday pain is sever as I have to carry child for long.
What would be next step? Please help.

Did you eat or drink anything sour? Or did you take any other medicine?

No...neither took any sour food nor any medicine.....sever pain that i mentioned in previous post is reduced after night sleep. tingling feeling on right arm always present. neck pain
up and reduce with work load. please suggest what to do?

What are the health issues that run in the family on both sides ( father and mother )

Father health problems: hypertension, diabetics, sever arthritis, gall bladder removed, fluid in ears.

Paternal grandmother had hypertension with diabetics.

Mother health problems: hypertension, diabetics, vertigo, arthritis.
Maternal grand mother had diabetics....paralysed for long.

I also like to mention, some of my other problems that may give any sight. I cant tolerate even little spicy food...its occurring for last 3years...little spice intrigues gas and indigestion with burning sensation while passing stool.
Moreover I always sweats so profusely which is totally abnormal...specially on head, face, throat area.

Hope information will be helpful. Please suggest further.
