Sir daughters cough is much better since yesterday, didn't hear cough at night at all, maybe one in evening.
My neck back of head still hurts but can move around. So it's better.

Hello sir,
Neck (left side is bad, extends from base of head neck and left should blade). Painful getting out of bed , pulling head up. It's due to constantly looking down on laptop / phone. Also bad posture in bed , sitting with we on one shoulder while working in bed.
Acne is overall same, used to dry up when I used ars alb and Rhux tox initially . I feel like a perfect sulphur personality though. Now acne back to same. New as well as old. Take long to heal. Few are bumpy like cysts. Side of face , jawline, neck.redness itchiness. Itchiness less after meds we took. But washing face aggravates it inflames acne, increased redness. Overall roughness small whiteheads on neck and sides of face.

Sir, will have to buy / order meds online , both u suggested for me n daughter. So can't take asap , will take few days to come.

Sir took sulphur this morning.
Daughter- gave inula Helen in evening and this morning, says feels dryness in throat.
I took 4 pellets of Bronia 200 last night , feel dryness irritation in throat chest.
