Sir took sulphur this morning.
Daughter- gave inula Helen in evening and this morning, says feels dryness in throat.
I took 4 pellets of Bronia 200 last night , feel dryness irritation in throat chest.

Sir, it's 10.50 am here , gave 2nd dose of inula Helen 30 sometime back.
Wanted to give you update: Seems like she got new cold symptoms, nose congestion and sniffles.
Will wait for your recommendation.

Weather here cooled down it's rainy. She has no fever, looks well overall but has nasal mucous and throat hurts little , some cough, plus feeling of food comes up. Latter most could be from brownie and she ate fish nuggets. She likes such food these days , not regular avoid.

You should also take Rhus Tox 200C, Only One dose asap.

Sir,
Have given ars alb 1 drop today , few hours back to daughter.
Is it ok to give Rhux tox 1 drop now?
Acne is same, no marked change. Some drying up , few new bumps, side of face and neck, overall roughness and white heads.
Neck is slightly better, but if work on phone or lay down resting on cushion, get pain again.
Hair pulling is better.

Update on daughter:

Update on acne; looks slightly calm down.
Sir I also have Arnica Montana 6c at home.
Also have reviewed chamomile 200 and nat sulp 200. In case u need for daughter. Lately She likes to be walked in arms to help her sleep at night for few minutes, especially if she has cold or reflux. She will say I feel weird can u pick and walk me.
Will sleep in 10 mins. But doctors here say 6 yr old should be able to sleep on their own. We have moved states in last year , school change and all too so could be just that.

Whitish Mucous is filling her nose but not runny, it's stuffy nose and mucous in throat, more blocking nose at night.

You need to take Rhus Tox 200C, 1 time a day, in the morning, for 3 days.
Also, take Bryonia 200C, 1 time a day, in the evening, for 3 days.

Daughter has lot of nose congestion which I can hear her taking in nose and some cough. But playing and eating ok.
