Post Nasal discharge

I am suffering from sinusitis.
I have consulted many doctors and it is not cured.

I am not taking self medicine.

It is post nasal discharge, watery
I am taking Kali Bichromicum 30c and Hydrastis 30c two times a day. for the last ten days. I can feel that the post nasal discharge is reducing.

I am suffering from nose block and ear itching and noise.
Nose block is also improving with those medicines. (I guess. I have to take it for few more weeks to confirm the real changes.)

But there is no improvement with ear noise, ear itching.
It is very clear sinusitis is affecting my ear and neck. Curing the sinusitis might cure the additional problems.

Can i add Aethusa 30c along with those medicines for this problem?
Please advice.
