Multiple Health Problems
I am experiencing multiple health problems and I request someone to please help me in this regard. My details and symptoms are as follows:Age: 32 Years (married)
Gender: Male
Country of Residence: Pakistan
Symptoms:
(1) All the time I feel terribly tired with no energies at all. I do not feel like doing anything. Even after a good night sleep I wake up exhausted. I feel weak and also experience pain in the lower legs and lower back.
(2) My nose is blocked all the time and I can hardly smell anything. I always feel pain in deep throat and pain in the ears.
(3) I have vertigo and feel dizzy. My head seems to be spinning even I am lying down with my eyes closed.
(4) I also have headaches all the time both in the forehead and at the back of the head.
(5) My mental concentration has become very poor and feel like I am not awake and everything seems to be dark as if I am in a dream
(6) I have become sexually very weak. My penis and testicles have shrunk a lot and I do not have hard erections. After a sexual intercourse all the above mentioned symptoms are aggravated.
(7) I feel constipated and during passing of stool semen comes out of the penis.
(8) My hair is also falling at a very high rate.
(9) My eyes feel heavy and I feel sleepy all the time and feel like lying down closing my eyes.
I have been experiencing these symptoms for couple of years now and they are getting worse day by day.
I would be grateful if someone could please suggest something for my condition. I am really desperate for help.

after very very carefully studying your case, i suggest only 1 dose of SULPHUR 1M, before breakfast, and then wait at least 3 days,

You have the symptoms of parasite infestation. Go on a parasite cleanse. Parasites rob the body of nutrients and hair loss is one of the symptoms. Fatigue is also a result of nutrients being stolen. Also parasites defecate and distrbute neurotoxins that create more fatigue.
My guess is they are located in the liver as energy loss, headaches at the back of the head and dizziness are all liver symptoms. More than likely they are in the colon too.
Before beginning a parasite cleanse be sure to do a colon cleanse first. This will flush them out.

Dear Dr. Sajid I am currently in UK for one month and I can not find Sulphur 1M in any of the UK Homeopathy shops. They are only selling 30c potency. Is it necessary to take Sulphur 1M or I can use 30c?

Dear Dr. Sajid I have taken Sulphur 30 for two weeks. Initially I felt a slightly better for few days but again I am feeling miserably down.
My nose is completely blocked and I can not smell anything. My throat is also hurting all the time. My head is very heavy and have a presistent headache. I also feel pain and hissing sound in my ears. My head is spinning all the time even when I am lying down and sleeping. Even after a full night sleep I wake up exhuasted and dead tired with no energy at all. My eyes feel tired and always feel like closing my eyes and doing nothing. I can not concentrate on my work and mind is totally numb.
One thing that is interesting to note is that whenever I have these symptoms I also feel discomfort and pain in my stomach and lower abdomen and when I feel slightly better, the pain in stomach and abdomen is also better.
