Urgent:Ezcema

Friend of mine is having ezcema in his left groin.He itches violently sometimes and watery fluid oozes. He is also having eruptions or something around his medial side of buttock crease. He is also scratching there. All these problems began in last year June when he was depressed of board exam results and tensed of college admissions. Please suggest some remedy

From next day give him a combination of arnica ledum arsenic alb all in 200 potency once daily for a week then report
