Please Advise Medicine for stricture urethra and cystitis

Dear Dr,

I am 35 years old unmarried Guy. I am facing urinary low flow and some time drop problem also several time need to go for urine and fell some urine couldn't produce.

I am facing this problem since 2011 also diabetic for same.

now Dr found that I have stricture urethra and cystitis. He prescribed me some medicines and antibiotics but there is no relief.

now one of my uncle he is not a Dr but homeo practitioner he advised me following medicines.

Dr Reckweg 25 & 59

Sabal Serulate Q

Cantharis 1 M

Apismel 30

Syzigium Jamb Q

please Advise above medicines are okay for Stricture Urethra and Cystitis OR you will advise some other medicines or any changing in above medicines or power.

Dr my prostate is normal and there is no stone or mass in kidney.

Dr please revert as soon as possible My allopathic Dr suggested me operation he told me no medicine available for stricture urethra. But I believe medicines are available in Homeopathic only.
