hot flashes intense anxiety depression

Greetings, I have been suffering from menopause for 7 years. The hot flashes are intense and frequent, chronic anxiety and low grade depression. Nat mur and sepia 30 c and then 200c initially worked very well then stopped working. Worse with stress and emotion.

As recommended, I tried Lachesis 200 for four days. Hot flashes reduced and less anxiety/depression.
