Erectile dysfunction

I am 30 years old my organ is not erected fully at the time of insersion. It remains partially retected for long time. I am also facing a problem of nightfalls regularly even in the day time.

I am a short tempered very sensitive person with 65 kg weight. please suggest me the remedy.
