I am diabetes person

I have face problem during sex and my pines in soft .and my timing is very short I have diabetes 8years and my diabetes level 250 300 average now plz tell what will I do plz

Lycopodium 30,5 pills three times a day .

Kali Phos 6x and Nat Sulph 6x,3 tabs of each in addition three times a day.

Feed back after 7 days.
