I like your way of prescribing.
This is from Nash.
Constipation predominates under Lycopodium, and like Nux vomica there may be frequent and ineffectual desire for stool, but while that of Nux vomica is caused by irregular peristaltic action that of Lycopodium seems to be caused by a spasmodic contraction of the anus, which prevents the stool and causes great pain.
The Nux vomica constipation was caused by irregular peristaltic action of the intestines, hence the frequent ineffectual desire; but the Bryonia constipation was caused by lack of secretion in the intestines. There was with Bryonia absolutely no desire, and the stools were dry and hard as if burnt.
********
If there is pain while attempting stool, lyco. No pain and no desire Bryonia.
Consider the above too for follow up. I am not intervening your case. Just telling my views.
Please go ahead.
