OCD and Social Anxiety.....
I have been taking Belladona for severe OCD,tics and social anxiety for last 4 months....There is lot of improvement in the severity of disease and my overall mental health....But improvements are very very slow.....Can anyone tell me how long does it take to completely cure OCD??? and does my smoking interfere in any way with the remedy....I am a light smoker and observe the half hour rule before taking medicine....I will be grateful if any experienced homeopath can throw some light....phoenix751 on 2016-07-22

Thank you for your reply sir.....Below are the filled details....The medicines I m taking currently have reduced my symptoms and I m hopeful of full recovery.I had skin eruptions on my arms and back twice which is perhaps a good sign.Many old symptoms also reappeared and vanished.....Plz peruse the filled details and suggest the future couse of action.And how long it will take for cure.Will remain grateful Sir....

List of your complaints -1)OCD.Compulsive urge to recheck.Obsessive thoughts.Unable to study due to irrational and obsessive confusions. 2)Chronic anxiety 3)Severe Social Anxiety.Extremely Shy.Avoid public places.Once started shaking on stage.Always feel awkward walking on roads 4)Racing Thoughts.Unable to sleep.And bombarded with all kinds of thoughts just after waking 5)Horrible intrusive Thoughts of violent nature 6)Peripheral Vision Ocd...Unable to converse with anyone without looking at ther private parts from peripheral vision.Extremely distressing.7)Tics...blinking eyes,jerking fingers,etc...tics increase under stress.8)Nervous Palpitations.

big effect on you?......Always take too much stress of studies.....Was a very good student till my class 10th..All the problems started when I started preparing for competitive exams...Wanted to perform well but could not cope up with the stress and ruined everything....Always concerned about public(what will they think etc).

are taking or took in the past?........1)Took allopathic medicines SSRI for Ocd 10 years ago for 1 year....no improvement...suffered terrible side effects.......2)Currently taking Belladona 200 ,Magnesia Phos 200,Acid Phos 200....4 pills in morning(alternate day)......and Ruta g,Craetegus and Carbo Veg....4 pills in evening (alternate day).....Ignatia 5 drops at night but stopped after 3 months.....
17. Educational Qualifications......Post graduation.....But I struggled in my classes due to OCD.....Racing thoughts,irrational confusions made it impossible to study....passed my exams anyhow...without any effective learning.

behavior, love and affections........Extremely impatient,passionate,emotional,was a hyperactive child,highly irritable,was an extrovert boy but now remain depressed,frustrated and solitary man....never had any girl friends(always wanted one.....perhaps suppression of this feeling also contributed to my illness)..Low confidence.....Insecure...Only feel comfortable in my friend and family circle......Always had addictive personality.....was obsessed with computer games in childhood......Started smoking nearly 12 years ago....3-4 cigrarettes/day.....Anxiety increases slightly after smoking.....Have now become very sensitive and flew into rage on small issues and control myself from becoming violent...so I avoid public interactions.....Inspite of all these problems still a fun loving guy.

Please take Only 1 dose of Aconite 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water.
Stop all other remedies.
Also, buy, Pulsatilla 200C, Sulphur 200C and Argentum Nitricum 200C for later use..

I have suffered too much and for too long from these problems.....But I have felt marked improvements,though slow, after taking the medicines for last 4 months....Therefore I m a bit hesitant in changing them....I have noted your prescribed meds and will use them if not completely cured....Thank you again Sir for your time...God bless
