Recipe of my good health at age 90 Page 5 of 5

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I was talking about mustard seed powder or paste. If you soak crushed mustard seeds in the water, it turns very sour.

I think sour should work better if taken with the meals.

I was just talking to someone recently about these things you mentioned (vinegar particularly) because it makes your blood alkaline/establishes good ph.
WNCGirl last decade
Sorry, not alkaline, acidic.

Okay, I will get it right one day. I think I need a shot of vinegar.

This is referring to Dr. Kreb's theory of fatigue elimination: (British scientist who received Nobel for proving theory in 1953)

Almost all of the food you eat is changed first into citric acid, then into aconitic, isocitric, alpha-ketoglutaric, and four other kinds of acids in your mitochondria. In the course of this change, these acids reduce in quantity. The lost portion of the quantity is used to produce heat (ATP), carbon dioxide (discharged through exhalation), and water (discharged through urine and sweat). Such change and production is caused by specific enzymes in the mitochondria.

If this process involving eight acids works smoothly, the causes of fatigue, namely, pyroracemic (pyruvic) and lactic acids, will not be produced. Then the muscles will be soft, blood will be alkalescent as is normal, and urine will be clear.

On the other hand, if you overwork mentally or physically, or your meals are unreasonable, or if they lack in vinegar in particular, this process does not work efficiently. Instead, it produces pyroracemic acid and lactic acid (which is composed by combining hydrogen with pyroracemic acid). These substances are accumulated in the muscles and cause pain and fatigue.

If lactic acid is accumulated in your muscles at 0.24 - 0.40% of body fluids, you will feel fatigue; you will be slow to respond to stimulus, and more liable to cause mistakes or accidents. Accumulations of lactic and pyroracemic acids cause this fatigue. The more of these that are present, the greater your fatigue. Fatigue deprives you of vitality. If you work in such a condition, you cannot work efficiently and will be more error-prone. You also might experience cramping, because pyroracemic acid can paralyze the nerves. Sometimes you may experience a cramp or stiff shoulders. All the stiffness of the body, including death rigor, is caused by lactic acid.

I have also heard that sour things keep people healthy.

A chicken recipe merinated in vinegar was popular on t.v. for a while as a preventative of cancer.

Tea made with green orange pills was another popular recipe on t.v for losing weight. It works to lose weight because everything we normally eat is sugar and the body needs sour things once in a while.

Yogurt is another food known for health. I believe it is the acidophilus that has curative properties in particular candida.

I also cannot digest too much dairly products.

Unfortunately, I cannot eat vinegar without choking and cannot eat lemons because the acid causes my teeth to feel like a black board screech.

But acidophilus and garlic in capsule form saved my life

Garlic is another MUST food for long life.

Here's wishing EVERYONE becomes 'Mahatma Gandhi', after drinking Goat's Milk.

MY PROBLEM QUESTION, when in context to your post :

? HOW many people became or will become Mahatma Gandhi after drinking Goat's Milk.

Please do answer for my academic interest.

INCIDENTALLY, drinking Animal Milk (Goat, Cow, Buffalo, ...) raises skewishness and mentally raises eccentric levels. HOW, ask Nesha-India to explain in medical terms.

Sorry Guys i don't want to shock you, but part of French culture (i've lived in France for the last 17 years)is not only to drink goats milk, but to eat goats meat. Something i've always wondered about- Since i can remember, the smell of goats drives me crazy (i love it so much?) i don't know what this means but i LOVE the smell of GOATS, i also drink goats milk, and eat goats meat. It's strange but they have such a familiar (almost human smell) about them GOATS I MEAN!!!! Amanda
