The ABC Homeopathy Forum
How to continue the treatment of depression and anxiety using homeopathy? Need advice.
Hello all.I am suffering from depression and extreme anxiety disorder.
This is the thread I had created regarding my problem with my personal details and information.
http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/535813/
And I am pleased to notify that the remedy recommended - Sulfur - has immensely benefited me.
However, I do not know how to progress from there onward.
I would like to know what steps should I do next.
Thanks.
EDIT : My last reporting on the thread -
====
As per the recommendation I took Sulphur. And it's been about 20 days.
There were two major issues in my "head". One was a feeling of constant "wound" and another of recurring inflammations / burns. Inflammation has subsided by about 90% and the feeling of wound by about 70-80%. General fatigue level has also reduced by about 50-60%. And passion towards work has started coming back. It has returned to about 30 - 40% of what it used it be. My right foot will constantly shake - which has reduced to almost stable.
However, another major issue of constant anxiety and mind running certain "issues" in a endless loop remains as it is.
Kindly suggest what can I do next? The recommendations has been helpful a lot. So I have become really hopeful in a long time.
PS: In case if this thread is seen as repetitive, please delete it. I have only created it because my last thread is not getting any response.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Don't repeat the remedy if you continue to improve bit by bit on the dose already taken. If you get worse take a single dose and wait in the same manner. If the second dose doesn't seem to work, take a single dose of Thuja 200 and wait.
