Help my 12 week old baby has reflux

Hi, i have seen many post mentioning that phos 6x is fantastic for baby reflux. Please can i have some more instruction on how to use it? My baby is breastfed I used it yesterday and gave her a whole tablet diluted in breastmilk after each feed and today i am on half a tablet, but i havent seen much of an improvement. And also are you suppossed to wind them then give the phos 6x or give them the phos 6x and then wind them?

I have also cut out dairy from my diet.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you,

Michaela

If your baby is constipated give her Nux Vomica 30 or 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects.
If she is not constipated give her Pulsatilla 30 or 200 in the same way.
You may give 1 pill as one dose with mother's milk.
