Help needed- pcos
Hey.I am 24 years old female.
I have pcos since past 5 years, I had periods after 2 or 3 months and have facial hair. But i never had any acne issue or hair fall because of pcos in past 5 years.
Last year December I took metformin to treat my pcos and after that it went hayware.
I got cystic acne on both my cheeks.
And that acne left marks and scars.
I went to dermatologist he put me on accutane but after 3 months of accutane course. I still have acne bumps underlying my skin.
Also scars are there. I have crazy hair fall now almost 60%of my hair have gone.
My periods are late. I don't get them for 3 4 months.
I'm getting married in December.
Please suggest me something to treat these scars and underlying acne. As well as control my hormonal imbalance.
A little information:
My thyroid is clear.
Insulin is okay.
Testosterone are okay.
Pcos are there.
I take care of my skin I have used antibiotics too but my skin has become so delicate and sensitive. I can't take alopathy medicines anymore as it makes me sick.
I will be forever thankful.
