Constipation

Hi I am getting constipation problem. The bowel moment was hard and getting low amount of poo every time. And getting little discomfort in anus sometimes. Can you please me with this problem. I am 26 years old male

Please take Nux Vomica 200 twice a day for 7 days and see how that affects. If this doesn't help take Sulphur 200 twice a day for 3 days.
