Fatigue, psoriasis, sneezing etc.

Hello,
I'm looking for some help with a health problem I've been battling with for over a year now.
I started having patches of flaky skin straight after the sudden death of my Dad 5 years ago. These have gradually become worse and during the last year I have had boughts of fatigue which have left me bed bound. I am an active, fit and healthy 39 yr old man. I have identified the flaking skin as psoriasis which comes and goes sometimes as bad as large flaking patches on my face.
I wake up every morning and have a runny nose, coughing and sneezing. Fatigue is worse between 2 and 4 in the afternoon.
I visited a homeopathic pharmacy and explained my situation and they gave me 1m of Ignatia for grief which I took once a day for a week, this hasn't helped significantly. I have found that
Nux Vom. Helps stop the sneezing and nose in the morning but this is not dealing with the underlying issues.
I have given up gluten, dairy and eggs which have helped very slightly. I am still getting ill periodically despite this.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Please take the following remedies one by one and see how that affects..
Sulphur 30
Graphites 30
Natrum Mur 30
Merc Sol 30

Yous should take the remedy twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
If there is improvement the remedy should be repeated on need. Otherwise you should move to the next remedy.

Just to be clear, do I take twice a day for three days, wait four days so a week has passed. Then if no improvement try the next one?
